I have spent my vacation in August with my family in Sandy Bay; what can I say!! The place is just great. Very nicely located with such splendid views of the Aegean blues, with very friendly employees - always around and looking to assist and please you. Food was delicious, freshly prepared on the day and they even offered to cook separate baby food for my young of 8 months!! Rooms are a bit small but always kept clean; each one with a large balcony. It was a real joy passing a few afternoons there with a few drinks chilling out to the extreme while the sun was setting. There is a very nice swimming pool on the outdoor grounds (very well maintained) although I am more of the sea type. My kids though adored it! You can rent a car through the hotel and take long trips to the beautiful neighboring places which is a must to visit (Vatera highly recommended!). We stayed for 3 whole weeks and were all real sad to go.... Having said that, it is without a doubt that I shall return and stay... More

On an amazing area a hotel with:
1. Dirty rooms
2. No breakfast....stale bread and burned coffee all it offers
3. Rooms above the pool cannot get any sleep when the hotel rents the pool until 3 in the morning for baptisms and other functions
4. parking non existent
5. We have two children came at midnight with 4 bags and nobody helped us....the staff just smiled as we tried to climb 25 steps with two sleeping children and luggage
6. Great location!!!!!if tha is all you want just use your sleeping bag on the beach.
