I had no issues with the hotel - location is quiet ( use the bus to get about ) but was clean , hassle free, decent food and nice staff. The pools were nice ( really liked having a quiet area ) and the food and drink offered on the all-inclusive programme was excellent

It is absolutely not a four star hotel! The rooms need renovation, there are no mosquito nets but a lot of mosquitoes and air conditioning is payable 5 euro per day. If you don't leave a big tip to room service you can't expect towels to be replaced and your garbage taken... WiFi is working only in the mornings and... More

A very nice hotel but a little isolated if self catering. Reception was clean and efficient. Room 227. Basic self catering equipment including a fridge3. Double bed and a single bed, reasonably comfortable with decent pillows. Bathroom needs updating but has a good powerful shower. Sheets and towels are changed every other day. Cleaned daily . Food. We went all... More

We tried to book a all inclusive holiday to this hotel for myself ,wife and daughter aged 14 in the school holidays , first problem we could not get a separate room in the "family " room , next we found that at 14 she is counted as a adult and charged full price even though she cannot partake in... We stayed at this hotel as a party of 7 adults. We found it very clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and Despina the receptionist was exceptionally pleasant at all times and very helpful. The Catering staff worked hard and seemed to work long hours but were always pleasant, friendly and polite. Yes, it's quite a way from Chania... More

Maybe because of the positive reviews I expected too much, but generally it was not a nice stay. We spent 3 nights in the hotel, located just on a busy road, so during the night it was not advisable to keep the windows open; far from every place you want to go. The beach, not very close, was not worthy... More

Hotel near Chania and a few miles from the Kolymbari. Unfortunately, nothing close to the hotel is because the hotel is located in a small village Rapaniana. The beach is rocky and quite dirty and located near the abandoned buildings. The hotel is located close to a busy street - very close to the bus stop. It has several pools,... More
