I went with my friends for 4 days. The room is spacious. They gave us duplex apartment next to reception so not had to climb steps. The room was pointless clean. The staff at this family running business are very kind. They offer breakfast at extra cost unless you booked room with breakfast. Breakfast has a nice variety of basic veggies, eggs, bread, fruites, jar, cereals, milk, butter. Very happy to stay there. It's highly recommended.

To be fair my travelling companions had a very nice stay here however, this hotel caused me to lose my friend of 33 years! Dont go here if you want good service or integrity...... We did not get what we booked and paid for and then they failed to rectify the matter satisfactorily. Otherwise a reasonable hotel (if you dont mind having to drag your luggage up 96 stone steps without help!), in a good location and quite nice faciliities.

Just stayed here for a few days when travelling around Northern Chania province of Crete. Lovely staff and big clean rooms (separate bedroom from living area). Good price to for facilities. BBQ on Sunday night was excellent value, as much as you wanted for just €14 and chance to meet other guests socially. Excellent swimming pool area and bar to keep you happy since the beach area not that brilliant.

The hotel is tiny and nice. View is just amazing. Swimming pool, together with the sight, is definetely the best thing, plus working till late. Rooms could be newer but they are ok for the price. Overall a very good experience.
