Dear All, We stay in Chrispy Waterpark Resort end of May 2023. Hotel is great. Very nice staff, always helpfull at reception, always explain and show what is needed. Great staff at pool and at an bar and restauran. Special thanks for lady at pool snack bar - SHE was very nice. Also very good animation. Food was very tasty, it was everyday something new. Base meal the same everyday, but that is typical in every hotel. One minus is that for us "substitutie" of cola was not very good, but it is my individual expresion. But Lime was good for everybody. Rooms very nice, and what is most important clean. There is always soemething that could be improved (small bathrooms) but in my opinion should not be the reason for low note. For such hotels you come to stay at pool not at room. Generally I fully recomend this hotel for everyone who is hasitating. Low rated review in my opinion are not true or at least are given by person who expects 5* or 6* hotels. Best regards to the staff of Chrispy Resort.…

We were at the hotel on May 14-21, 2023 and we highly recommend it! Everything was perfectly organized and the rooms very clean. I send special greetings to the: -animators who tried very hard to bring a good fun for every one, -barmans for great drinks, -staff for the smile that was constantly on their faces -the lady performing massages in the spa area (i feel much better after your massage :) ) Great aquapark and swimming pool area (I would only miss a jacuzzi to be fully happy ;) ) The food was very tasty, they tried to make it varied (only breakfast could be a bit more diverse but we can't complain about it, because everything was very good). It is worth emphasizing that the hotel organized some attractions for children and adults every evening, especially the concert with the singer with the voice of an angel fell into my memory :) I heartily recommend it ! There is so much good at this hotel considering we had booked for a cheap and cheerful break. The water park area for children is super. It keeps the kids entertained for hours and is a great addition to a holiday. There are big water slides that were fun and there was never more than a few people in front of us in the queue. My daughter enjoyed daily art activities in the shade and the mini disco in the evenings. We paid an extra £90 to upgrade to a family room which was worth it. We had a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a large bathroom as well as a balcony with a sea view to one side and a pool view to the other side. The food is good. Hot, fresh and tasty. Considering we stayed for a week, it was not too repetitive. I am a vegetarian and I could always find food to eat. There were signs saying to speak to management for dietary requirements and that they can cater for vegan, celiac etc etc. The only food I missed was watermelon, which wasn’t served at all on our 7 day break. The snack bar had a good variety and soft drinks are self serve. The hotel uses plastic reusable cups which is great for the environment but they need more of them. On many occasions when we went to get a drink, there were no clean cups. This was super frustrating. Luckily we had a reusable drinking cup for our daughter, if only we had thought to bring reusable bottles of our own. The lifts were out of order for our whole stay and the toaster at breakfast broke on day 3 and was not fixed or replaced for the rest of our stay. Entertainment in the evening is lacking and I would have liked to see something to watch or do every evening. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future. If you have young children, this hotel would be a good choice for you. …

Very good hotel. Starting from receptionists to ladies that cleans rooms and cook -food was very very good- and lots of it. I love the cakes and ice cream. Pizza at main restaurant -very good. Everyone nice and polite. We had great time spending a week with our daugher 8 years old. We didnt have awesome weather -its was just ok -but hotel and the island is so georgeous that we had fabulous time. We already have experiences with other hotels on Korfu,Thassos and Zakynthos -and I must say in Crispy hotel- they take care about tourists. ps. Good rooms-cleaning every day. It was amazing food was good waterslides we're fantastic everything was good until my 10 and 11 year old kids got stuck in a lift with somebody with special needs and when they were finally released they got shouted at by one of the workers

I stayed here Oct beginning of Nov 2022 Was really looking forward to it there was myself and my 12 Yr old daughter Gorgeous Hotel but my god I felt like we had been dropped of in the middle if nowhere When we got there got to our room and it was a lovely lovely room but my god the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom in all fairness they did send someone to have a look and offered to upgrade our room but we had unpacked etc and my daughter wanted to stay where we were The smell continued for the whole week Food not gonna lie was pretty awful I will eat almost anything but even I struggled nothing was hot everything no matter when you went went was always just warm . Women thst worked in the kitchen went to the toilet the same time as me while washing my hands she came out and just walked back to the restaurant... we named her dirty Mary There is no entertainment for adults whatsoever a small part of the restaurant is the so called games room with a pool table which was out of order for about 3 days 2 riding games and a air hockey game so there's your games room The pool is full of leaves broken missing tiles and the whole week never seen anyone clean it and it's bloody freezing and I mean freezing They have an amazing water park on site but again the so called life guard was on his phone or not there at all i went on one of the slides and nearly knocked myself out and because of where he was sat he had no idea. When you go to the bar you ever get a full drink ever They do have a snack bar which is the only saving grace the food there was nice but again not hot. You had no idea who was staff some wore a uniform some didn't If you do decide to go and you just want to chill out not that bothered about the food then this hotel is ideal .... but if you want more hire a car and get out and about it is meant to be 4* but I really don't think it is On the night before we came home we had no electricity went down to reception and she said our card might have run out even though we wernt leaving till the 1st Nov but they did sort it out…

After finding a cheap deal to this hotel for our first family holiday, i was apprehensive by reading some of the reviews.....although im always aware some people will moan for moaning's sake and if you offered 100different food options they would complain that there was too much choice! Anyway, we arrived late at night/early in the morning, got checked in with ease and taken to our room, which was exactly as expected having stayed in Greece many times.......but never at a 5 star luxury that some reviewers seem to expect! Certain things you could probably moan about, small bath/shower in room but then we had a family of 5 so we all used the public shower cubicles etc Hotel was clean, cleaners always around cleaning x, y and z. Kids were entertained.....again, not an all day kids club but enough to keep them busy for a while. Pools excellent. All staff we met were friendly and couldn't fault them, from housekeepers, bar staff, chefs, reception..... Food......yes i agree, perhaps after7 days it feels repetitive....but what 7 days of food doesnt? It was all tasty, a good choice, lots of local dishes which is the whole reason for travelling......octopus, rabbit.....2 things ive never tried before. For me, i dont eat breakfast at home but to be able to choose something different for most days made me eat breakfast. And yes, again, the salads were pretty much the same each day BUT there was a "make your own" area and then around 4 or 5 different salads made up. Different soup per day. Deserts.....enough to enjoy and all tasty. Why would you need so much choice when a lot will go to waste? I feel a lot of people expect the world when they book AI but you have to have perspective. It was all delicious! Playground was enjoyed everyday by my 3 year old. Local beach was very close.....again, do some research before you go, these are not tropical golden sands so don't be disappointed, still a relaxing place! Some people we met complained about the location....again, use the internet to research where your going! Me and the wife came to the same area in 2019 and knew there wasn't a great deal to do off site unless you hire a car....but then we knew that so wasn't expecting a tourist hotspot! Would definitely go back again....maybe if i had paid a lot more i would have expected a bit more but for a week away in the sun with food and drink on tap.......what more do you need!?…

Good idea on evening arrival. First we went for a dinner later accomodation. The room we Got was not very well because it was above reception and it was loud from the bar and lobby but in the morning we changed without any problem. Lady from reception Eleftheria was very kind. All staff begening frim ladies cleaning, waiters, reception people is very kind. Everybody is smiling. Food is very good. Testy, variety, and a Lot. Drinks in AI are albo very good. Room are clean, everuday is servis, changed towels. Swimming pool big enough, clean, waterpark is very big fun for everyone. We also rent a car with no problem. There is możliwość snackbar with very testy snacks. The beach is good, clean and nearby. Bus station is next to hotel and it is easy to get to Chania. Just returned from a lovely family week away at Chrispy water park resort,, we had a great week, the hotel itself was great, along with the staff, food was nice and all round all inclusive resort was fantastic, only one negative there is not enough entertainment at night, but we made friends with another family so we entertained ourselves so that helped but all in all would definitely return to this resort
