I stayed in this lovely hotel with my parents in July 2019 and I have to say that it met all our expectations. The staff is very friendly and the manager/owner is also always there, making sure that everything runs smoothly.
This is a bed and breakfast hotel, however, there is an option to pay additionally for lunch/dinner. The breakfast was excellent, which is very important for me. They had everything, such as eggs (omelette, boiled, fried), several types of domestic, high quality cheese, ham/salami, olives, cereals and fruit. Oh and most importantly - the famous Greek yogurt. All in all, for a boutique hotel, the variety of food is great.
Although we did not have lunch/dinner there every day, since we wanted to explore Toroni, I have to say that everyting on the hotel's menu was freshly made and very tasty. Also, it was not unusal to get a complimentary desert, which was also very good.
Our room was cleaned daily and the interior was exactly as in the pics.
The beach itself is beautiful. The distance between the sunbeds is good and leaves you with a decent sense of privacy (unlike many other places, where they literally put somebody else's sunbed right next to you, which is preposterous).
At the end of our holiday, we received a complimentary bottle of vine, for which I am sending my warmest regards, again.
All in all, I would definitely come again. Toroni is a beautiful, quite little place which has everything. The cafes and restaurants are excellent, and I have to say that I was amused by the professionality and politeness everywhere. I am going to Greece for holidays for circa 25 years (I'm 33 now), and this trip was a rare opportunity for me to once again feel the Greece in which I fell in love when I was a kid. Toroni and this hotel are truly a hidden gem and I hope that they won't change for worse . We were not very fortunate with the weather, since our holiday literally began with the horrible storm which basically spoiled the weather afterwards, but this has not changed our mind about Toroni and this lovely hotel, which we remember very fondly.

If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday that feels like turning back time (but still with all modern luxuries!) in Greece, the Akti Toroni is the place for you. The hotel is amazing - the staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure you were happy. What an amazing little place! The weather was great in May/June and the beach was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and the food was excellent. But what really made it was the people, especially Thanos, Babis & Tino.
We were staying in the new building of the hotel with direct access to the pool. The room was well designed and the remote-controlled curtains/lighting system was a fun addition. The room was kept very clean and the cleaners were also incredibly friendly and helpful.
The Akti Toroni is also very family friendly, making sure our daughter (4YO) was just as comfortable there as we were.
I would certainly recommend hiring a car for your stay at the Akti Toroni... although we didn't and were still able to enjoy our stay, with Thanos and his team very happy to help us arrange any outings.
We would 100% recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Akti Toroni for 10 nights and it was a really pleasant stay. The hotel is right on the beach, the rooms are quite big, the towels and the bed linen are changed every day, they offer beach towels (changed every day) and free sunt beds. The breakfast is varied and has good quality products, the coffee is great, the personnel friendly and helpful. The hotel offers massage and spa (we didn't try it though, the beach is too good to be missed). The beach is great, not crowded, the water is clear, the sand is not very thin, more like tiny stones but the great thing is that you remain clean after going to the beach, not with sand everywhere.

Beautiful hotel, delicious food, staff always friendly and smiling, organized and professional. bravo for managment team. Homemade lemonade or freddo espresso is ideal for refreshment. And if you are in mood for a cocktail, you can leave the children to a kind lady on the children's playground, they will be in safe hands. I have only compliments for Akti Toroni Boutique hotel. First thing, and a one of the most important things for me, the beach. Hotel has a fantastic beach, there is always space for the quests and the service at the beach is great. Plus, the sunsets at the beach are something else, it’s unforgettable. The stuff from the hotel is very professional and well organized. Also, Mr. Thanos, the hotel manager, deserves the biggest compliments! He is very proactive and listens to guests wishes and is always there to help those wishes come true! Always there to listen, answer to questions and help in any way he can. The food is amazing, there are meals for everyone’s taste and way of diet, which is a very important thing. Variety of food is excellent, there are always fresh fruit, vegetables, and many tasty Greek traditional meals. I’m looking forward my next vacation here with my children, we had an amazing time and we can’t wait to enjoy those perfect sunsets at the beach :) P.S. The barmen makes the best fresh lemonade on the planet! :)

A total turn-off with the hotel description, incl. rooms with high-quality photos. Moreover it needs a renovation…, lack of the noise insulation…the swimming pool starts at 10 as a fountain in order to be cleaned, and ends after 12, try to sleep to the sounds of roaring water behind the door… get ready to hear all your neighbors🤪, a problem with the malfunctioning toilet…we had such… and we were asked to wait till the next day👌 because the mechanism should be brought from another place… a broken mosquito-netting at the windows… problems with the sewage lines in the shower…🙈get ready just to stand in the pool of water … the rooms are not cleaned … the towels are not changed, if you wouldn’t ask personally, and even if you ask on reception to do anything … believe, nothing is gonna happen, just a sincere smile of the receptionist… and her ‘OK’))) The positive thing is the hotel’s own beach…and the sea.. it was gorgeous..the rest is a horrible mess…

Hello Dear Madame. Thank you for your review. Toroni is an family- holiday area so it is expected that there might be some noise from the children playing in the area. As we discussed while your being here, unfortunately technical problems can happen and being far from the city sometimes make it a bit more difficult to find the replacing parts. We managed though to fix the problem the same day, later in the evening. Furthermore in order to make the whole situation less inconvenient for you we relocated you into our Executive Suite for the night. So the picture of the toilet flash that you have uploaded was taken while we were waiting for the replacment part to arrive to the hotel.The net was damaged during your stay and fixed right away the same day as well.As far as the cleaning is concerned, the rooms were cleaned, unfortunately a bit late for a couple of days due to the workload.We apologise if you didnot enjoy your holidays with us.

Amazing hotel! Unexpected modern and chic hotel on Halkidiki's second leg in Toroni. Ultra contemporary styling, amazing pool area, top of the line rooms with high tech lighting and curtain controls were so unexpected. The food and drinks are high quality as well. I even ordered a big fat ribeye, which you don't find very often in Greece! Very kid friendly environment. Beach is post card level beauty. Can't wait to come back!

We hade very disappointing experience from this hotel. The worst part was the stomach virus and vomiting we all got two days upon our arrival. We thought we are the only one but after talking ti some other guests we understood that more than 5 families have the same virus and they all got it after their second day of arrival. Together with another person we went to the hotel manager to ask them if there is a problem with the water they use since is very familiar that tap water is not used. She was very rude with the answers and said is a summer virus … which was not the case since only in our hotel people where getting sick… In the whole hotel was horrible smell of sewage , the breakfast was bad and was the same for 7 days . Location is ok but considering that Toroni is small place and the beach and water are gorgeous you don’t need to pay so much money for this overpriced hotel , you can saty in some nice apartments and who are much better options for sure considering the beach is never more than 50% full. The hotel reception ladies and the view were nice !

This hotel was probably the best in the area 20 years ago- and arguably may still be so- BUT it’s is badly in need of better management and a decent maintenance budget. Nothing was properly clean, staff constantly sat smoking or drinking coffee in bar area, cleaning equipment just left lying about, jacuzzi in basement ‘spa’ area out of order, black mould in bathroom, loose wires hanging off walls! It needs a decent manager installed to go round maki g sure things get done properly. Also needs attention to basic health and safety such as removing sharp metal brackets from windows on breakfast terrace at a narrow place where people will catch themselves, not leaving pool cleaner in lounge area where people can trip over cables, not leaving crockery trolley in corridor, and exterior corners on pool steps are just dangerous!
There was a strong smell of drains outside our room so we didn’t sit on the patio, and also outside the breakfast balcony.
On the plus side the location is lovely and the front of house staff were all very good, especially the bar tender

Nice hotel located right in front of the beach. Would need a bit of investment in order to keep it up to date. Friendly staff, with special compliments to Christina, for her extremely nice approach. Always with a big smile, she will make sure that you have everything you need while enjoying the sea and sun on the beach.

My experience here was OK. We are also a couple and the baby was 8 months old. It was quiet, but our room was on the second floor, and let's say we didn't have the balconies that were faced towards the bar. I would recommend this hotel from his advantages (20 meters from the beach, clean, pretty good equiped), but I would also recommend to specifically request a quiet room, and not on the ground floor.
Добрый день! Позвольте я отвечу, на что смогу)) Торони - очень маленькая деревушка с прекрасными пляжами и чистейшим морем. У отеля собственный пляж. Лежаки и зонтики - бесплатно. Заход в море без камней, плавный. Глубина начинается метрах в 10, поэтому с детей глаз спускать нельзя. Пляж - знаменитый ситонийский)) это мелкая- мелкая галька, которая выглядит как крупный песок. За этим чудом мы и ехали в Торони)) Прекрасного отдыха!
