Detailed Reviews
The hotel has at least two accommodation areas/conditions, some in newer, refurbished rooms, some obsolete, but main reason to be there being outdoor/winter sports it is not a huge problem. Also the staff kindness is to be mentioned. As for meals, the breakfast, same each day, is nothing to highlight, nothing special. The dinner instead is more tenderer, with a variety of salads and a mix of Italian specific dishes. Main asset this hotel has, is his location, only 50 meters away from cable that take you to Marmolada peak, for a beautiful ski day...

We stayed with our 4 kids aged 8, 11, 13 and 15 who are all very good skiers. The reviews were not great so I thought about cancelling but glad I didn't. The food is ample and something for everyone, the wine comes in 500ml bottles and again is fine. The entertainment staff are fantastic! There is also a games room for kids and a pool.

Hotel ok for 3 stars, convenient for Marmolada and sella ronda mountains, skibus to Aleghe where skiing is also great if Marmolada is closed due to wind.
Staff in the hotel generally ok, don’t speak English too well but they get by. If you however require some more detailed information e.g if slopes are open/closed, bus timelines etc they are quite useless.
Food however, unfortunately on a cheap side - especially main dishes. It’s obvious food is prepared for the masses but could be better - eating pasta everyday if nothing else is eadible is a bit too much.
Manager not too nice if something doesn’t go according to his wish.

Great location for ski lovers. In the heart of the dolomites. The hotel is located right by the funicular which for skiers like us is critical at the end of a day. Walking in ski... Also, what makes this place really special are the people who work there they truly offer an excellent cutomer service, always with a smile in their faces nothing was too much.
Special mentions go to Alfonso, who is so polite and friendly and very keen to accomodate your requests and of course Francesca the babysitter. We had our 5 months son with us who loved being with Francesca, while I was skiing in the afternoons. She was incredibly sweet and professional at the same time.
We highly recommend this place and will definetly go back.

Don't get fooled by nice pictures on their and Booking web site!
Right at the begining they will charge you 20€ per person (staying 2 nights) for using the entertainment room and pool (wether you intend to used it or not).
Sauna is 25€ per hour per person!!!
Breakfast is a walking disaster, burned scramble eggs that taste like coal mine, bread - the cheapest one you can find and probably around from the First World War (you get the clue: old and dry!)
Dinner is a mess. If you would like to check how low cost communism tastes (for example: if Ryanair would marry Soviet Union), do come and try.
Crowded, farm treatment of humans.. that doesn't seem to mind (comming either from Soviet Union era or just used to Ryanair standards).
The receptionist was clearly anoyed by the fact that such a thing as guests exists in a hotel. A receptionist at the concentration camp would be more interested, at least she would hate you and let you know that you are subhuman being.
And if you doubt how are you being treated, they will brand you just like cattle with a plastic "bracelet".
Room service lacked attention to almost anything, no towels.. making bed by stuff is so horrible that we decided to do it by ourselves (and we are not the kind of people that would do it at home).. and people with OCD will get brain stroke.
If you have a rather boring life, nothing to talk about.. do come, you can write "War and peace" afterwards for hours and finally entertain your friends and family with horrible stories from your vacation.

This hotel is awesome. If you ski, the line to Marmolada is literally in front of the hotel. Now the very first good thing is, if you are there by car, you can park next to the hotel with no trouble. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. And I had an awful lot of questions. They helped me and answered each of them. The whole staff is really nice. They talk to you and help you. Rooms are just the right size and very clean. One tiny minus was, we stayed in a room at the second floor and didn't get very much of the light. But it wasn't as important nor annoying. The restaurants are well-organised, which was a huge plus for me. I absolutely loved the hotel pool and whirlpools. As a part of the hotel, there is a small shopping center, which I really appreciated. If I had to pick any minuses, I would only find two: the price of the spa is a bit too high for what it can offer to you and the wifi doesn't reach rooms. But it is not as bad, as you can always make friends with staff while you're downstairs trying to stay connected.
Overall, the experience was awesome. Although I didn't ski, I really enjoyed my time spent there. We even got to visit Venice since it is fairly close. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. :)

We were a group of 6 families in period 31 december till 7 january, and we had wonderful moments there. The rooms are not to big and some of them without balcony, but were very clean. Every day the towels were changed and the room was cleand. The food was very tasty and a lots of variety to dinner. Abd the staff, was the coolest staff we've ever met. The waiters were all the time there to help you. Also the animation team it seems it was ok, but was in italian language and for us was a little hard to understand them. And thank you everybody that you have offered us an unforgetable holiday!

Ciao
