Friendly staff. Simple rooms, but clean bed, clean bathroom. As i mostly only sleep in teh room it's enough. Tv on the room. Wi-Fi to buy in reception area. A spa area with tempered pool, jacuzzi sauna. Everything a bit "tired" but functional if you don't expect too much. Breakfast buffé and great sallad bueé to accompany dinner. Food could...

Great location on top of the mountain overlooking Lago di Garda. The hotel is very old & dated and very messy, poor hygiene. Smelly toilets next to swimming pool with dirty water. Breakfast all the time the same no change of items at all. Receptionist unfriendly and without smile.Location too far from the lake.

Are you looking for ideal conditions to rope yourself? Do you love rooms who's previous inhabitants were blatantly junkies? If yes this is the place for you! The food looks like afterbirth and tastes like wet paint, the staff are oblivious to your needs, you have to pay through the nose for water which was warm in already poorly air conditioned...

The actual state of this gaff ill start with the room, the bed sheets were sandpaper, the mattresses were like sleeping on an ikea flat pack. The fridge couldn't cool a cucumber. The place was covered in dust. The shower was just a scaldy plastic stool and the whole room would get soaked. The balconies were good however. During the night the pipes decided to...

As a regular visitor of Italy I can assure you with 100% confidence that you'd get a better stay in a hospice. The hotel has no Italian authenticity to it, it has cheap furniture and poor design. The staff have difficulty speaking English and my group got some weird looks off them. The meals we were served were outrageous, I...

Cosy place to stay, very tasty meals (traditional Italian cuisine). The only problem was sometimes with communication with the personel in English. They speak better German and of course Italian. The hotel is located on the hill with awesome view of the lake Garda and the mountains. We had only one issue with our own towels, which were taken by...

As a matter of fact it should have been a unique place this hotel built on the remains of an ancient monastery with a breathtaking view on Garda lake, close to the centre of Zan Zeno di Montagna. The time has passed by, however, and the structure has not undegone a proper refurbishment unfortunately and that's a great pity. Park...

The room was nice and clean. The spa area was great especially the pool. The breakfast was fine. It has a real Italian...
