This review would be a 4/5, I am selecting a 3 because the facility is defined as "4-star hotel/residence", and I could not find the quality and service levels mandatory for such category. Location is Carano / Castello di Fiemme, about 10m from Cavalese village / cable car for Cermis Mt: amazing and silent, in the middle of grass fields and with beautiful panorama on the Val di Fiemme valley. Infrastructure and facilities potentials are huge: from 2 x restaurants (one open until 10PM), to pool, fitness and spa, and kids club. While personnel is well trained and business professional, feeling [and evidence] is that the structure was designed and built dozens of years ago, and possibly not always updated / maintained. I completely understand the challenges of maintaining such big facility, especially after Covid-19 pandemic, my recommendation is to invest in the near future in renovating rooms and some details across common areas: - more functional shower and toilet (old, difficult to select warm temperature water, low pressure) - induction / gas kitchen (today very slow cooker) - better and more performing WLAN connectivity (frequent disconnection and packets loss) - gym (no A/C during Covid-19, sticky and hot) - parking (big, but packed and full because of the number of guests) Overall, we have spent only evenings in the facility been the whole day trekking and climbing on the mountains, some families with young kids might benefit of the above improvements. Thank you for the hospitality and traditional welcome.…
We have stayed with 2 babies (2y and 1y) and grandparents - apartment was very big and spacious, kitchen was good equpited - but bring your mugs if you want to drink more than 100ml coffee or tea at once :) and pan is also not included. The view from the room was breathtaking. Stuff very nice and helpful. Pool great with kids, mini club very big and attractive. Pizza in pizzeria delicious! Aperol the best! Only 7min from Cavalese and Alpe Cremis. Around the Hotel a lot of place to go for a walk with kids or dogs - and great attraction - mini zoo (goats, sheep, goose), playground - small and devastated. I hope we will be back next year :)
I chose the Vita nova studio. The room was very clean, the kitchenette was well equipped, large balcony. The hotel has a sauna with a panoramic view. Free parking. Nice and helpful service. Three good ski resorts within 10-30 minutes drive. I will be happy to come back here.
comfortable and clean I would recommend to anyone. Location is good it’s 10 minutes from Alpe Cermis about 20 from Latemar and half an hour from Bellamonte. Very beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Very clean room comfortable, good swiming pool with working afternoon sauna with panoramic glass wall.. Perfect! Good wifi need some work.Meny places for childrens. Fantastic panorama,High-pitched ways to arrive to hotel.
The view is unique!!!!! Lovely place, quiet, far away from the noisy town. The design of the location and restaurant are tipical of Sudtirol! We had an amazing dinner, it was delicious, good quality wine , and the guy who is responsabile, Gaspar, very very kind, gentle and professional! For sure we will come back!!!
the conditions for a pleasant relaxation are given. Maybe the swimming pool could be open in the early morning And I missed the kitchen mash clothes and more shelves or wardrobes in the two bedroom apartment
Too easy to get lost in the northern Italian Alps. Be sure to let reception know if there is no inhouse phone list, TV directions, list of local events, etc. To get to the villas requires walking through a tunnel. They didn't inform us the door to the tunnel was locked automatically at a certain time at night. I had to walk outside, up a steep hill, using my cellphone flashlight. NOT pleasant. Mattresses were too soft for us. Suggest asking for a room with both a soft and a firm mattress.
The view is incredible! Be sure to take the autostrade to the resort and DO NOT follow GPS--as it takes you on a crazy route! Be sure to use your Trentino Resort card for all of the Funicular rides to the tops of the mtns and hike from there! Views are epic! Go to Moena --super cute town and take the gondola up to see the Dolomites --view is spectacular! Dinner buffet is fantastic!
We booked a week here from 31 Mar to 7 April for a family ski trip. Shortly before our trip, we received emails from RCI that the resort had a no smoking policy, and that they had a 2 euro per adult, per day tourist tax,
