What can I say, from start to finish our holiday was fantastic. We were travelling as a family, 6 children and 4 adults. When we first arrived, check in was quick and we were given a free room upgrade. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool areas and rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard. Service is amazing, cool pool parties, delicious food, beach access. Very comfortable for all family. The reception team upgraded the room 🤩 We are very happy. Because it is a wonderful place, a special stay. I spent one week. The staff is helpful and the room service is excellen We found the location to be perfect. We wanted a beach and not just the city. We have stayed in and would definitely recommend, great for families! Thank you for an amazing time!

We visited the hotel 26.09-10.10 this year. We are customers of this hotel for the fourth time and we are completely satisfied. The territory is quite enough to feel private and, of course, green. This hotel stands out from the rest because it takes care of cats. There is their home and fully cared for. About the food, you can say that it is good and varied, but during the 14 days you will inevitably repeat yourself and want something else. When it comes to the staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Of course, it also depends on the visitor. It is said that the customer is the king, but it is forgotten that then you also have to act like a king. We especially want to praise the lobby bartender, whose name was Mehmet. You won't find such a polite, helpful and good communicator anywhere. As an additional service, the hotel offers SPA massage body care. There are only praises for it. The service is professional and reasonably priced. Special thanks to SPA manager Cengiz, who finds a solution for everyone who wants it. Cengiz is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and a very good partner for the hotel. The only shortcoming is the lack of English language skills, but it will probably be improved. We praise and recommend!

I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised with my experience at Queen's Park Le Jardin. I tend to stay away from all inclusive resorts but this one is very well managed. They take excellent care of their guests and offer a variety of activities that should please almost every preference. I loved that they had ample activities for children that were a little away from the adults. Not hating on families, that is just not how I want to spend my vacation with loads of children running around. Lots of nice touches like a gourmet coffee bar and 24 hour bar, I also loved that it was right on the water so you had a choice between pool or sea. The staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. The owners are also present with guests hugging and bringing gifts which lets me know they treat their guests like family and have multiple repeat customers. I would recommend to anyone looking for ease, beauty and entertainment.

Wonderful hotel/resort with an all inclusive daily price, perfect for a small group of family or friends. Various restaurants, bars, cafes etc with at least one of each open 24 hrs. All food, drinks (including alcohol), attractions, pools, beach front, activities are included in the very reasonable daily price. Spa, including Turkish bath (not to be missed ), massage, steam room, mud mask, etc are sold as separate packages but also at a low price point relative cost in the US. Also I suggest booking a boat ride on the Mediterranean for pics, swimming and lunch. The staff and owner are very friendly and customer service oriented. Highly recommended!!

WOW, first time stay but certainly won't be the last. Amazing time at this beautiful resort, friendly staff and delicious food. We were pampered at every interaction - true hospitality. Staff had a genuine desire to provide their best service, not robotic but sincere. Kudos to the management and ownership to create this harmony. Also cats were great ambassadors for the resort - they were well taken care off with multiple feedings everyday. How lucky for them!

Great resort for our friends reunion- staff so kind and helpful, really did treat us like family. Every meal was delicious and buffet offers so much- many options - best was Turkish night with entertainment and market to shop for local gifts. Will definitely be returning.

We had three families staying at this hotel for a week. What we liked: - decent hotel in a good location. Rooms are in overall good condition (nothing was obviously broken in ours) - food was not spectacular but adequate - no lobsters or lox and somewhat repetitive but everyone found enough choices - a few different cafes with decent coffee - free access to hammam/sauna - cats and hedgehogs on the territory were a nice touch - hotel personnel was helpful and solved issues that we had - overall good value as it was one of the cheaper first line hotel options What we did not like: - Hotel is incredibly confusing to navigate through. I am not sure what they were thinking but the the whole setup is incredibly bizarre. We were staying in building 4 and you have to wonder through labyrinths to get to it from either the beach or the main restaurant. Takes a while to figure out and learn your way. - Wifi / internet situation is pathetic. Free Wifi barely works in the lobby / common areas and completely does not work in the rooms. We were mostly relying on purchased data esims for our phones but in this day and age a hotel should provide internet access. - Nickel and diming at every opportunity - real juices are 1 euro in the dining hall, wifi in the room can be purchased for $5 / day for 1 device, popcorn on the beach is $2, etc. Ping Pong is free but you have to pay 2 euro/hour for the pool table. - Entertainment team is a hit or miss - beach volleyball was completely not organized, it was advertised twice a day but really played only at 4 pm and barely at that. We were really jealous of Alva Donna hotel next door with quality volleyball all day and the Swandor Hotel on the other side where it was also well organized. Some other activities (Bocce Ball) were better. - bed mattresses were very hard (we like firm mattresses but this was very hard) - à la carte restaurants - we went to Italian and were not impressed. It is a preset menu with two choices - salmon or steak. The steak was not good, the salmon was a bit better but not that great either. The hotel allows a single à la carte visit per a week of stay. Recommendations: - hike to the top of Çaliş mountain (around an hour walk from the hotel) - hike to Büyük Taş Koyu (Big Stone Bay) - a beautiful cove between Kiris and Kemer - Dolmuş bus to Kemer costs $1 / 1 euro/ 25 turkish lira per person and the bus stop is right next to the hotel

Amazing hotel with comfortable rooms, magnificent views of the sea and mountains, incredibly delicious food and the friendliest staff 🏖🏝 Special thanks to the animation team, they became an integral part of our holiday! The animation team offered entertainment for every taste throughout the day. they complemented each other with more active, more athletic or creative pursuits. many thanks to Lisa for her yoga and zumba, Magi for morning water aerobics, Andrey for my personal discovery - the game Bocha, Yo-Yo for playing darts and everyone who participated in making us happy 24/10.🫶👏💣🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️🤸‍♀️💃 My special thanks for the disco, yes, in the hotel there was one (this is important!) and it was incredible! Many thanks to the DJ Kemal for the quality of music at parties, for the fact that at a multinational disco, he found the key to every heart through his tracks! Thanks for the mood, for the energy, for your personal charm and positivity with which you charged the guests 😊 thank you very much to Mr. Messi for the fire show, it was incredible and for every show, the highlight of which you were 👌 thanks to all the service staff! you are best! I recommend to everyone! this is the best place on earth!!❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵

We recently stayed at Queens Park Le Jardin for the second time this year. And we want to share with everyone our very positive feedback about our vacation. Our first stay at your resort back in June as a family was a great time especially for our little boy. The Animation team were absolutely marvellous and it was his first experience of a kids club on holiday. He had such a great time and his self-confidence grew with the help of the excellent team in the kids club and animation team. He really came out of his shell and had an amazing time thanks to the animation team. We also had a great time knowing he was happy and enjoying things so much. Even Mama relaxed too. We always have a late summer break in September and usually spend thins time in Dubia but because of great time our son had in June we decided to return to your resort. I want to thank your whole team for such a positive time in September. From Hasan Vicir and his team arranging our requested Room and welcome on arrival. And a very special thank you to the Animation Team with Especial Thanks to Yelena, Natasha and Shaima. As our little boy has blossomed in their care whilst we were on holiday. The daily activities for the kids and not forgetting the mini disco that was the highlight to our son’s day. He even made us practice he dance moves with him. We really can’t thank you and your team enough and cant recommend highly enough resort and especially to your terrific team.
