Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Leider ist das nächste Restaurant aber nicht wie im Katalog beschrieben 300 Meter sondern ca. 30 Meter Luftlinie entfernt. Da dieses mit einer großen Sommerterasse ausgestattet ist läuft der Betrieb von vormittags bis spät in die Nacht im Freien.Das bedeutet voller Barbetrieb bis ca.03.00Uhr mit Discomusik. Da das Haus Snasic keine Klimaanlage hat heitzt es sich am Tage stark auf. Nachts kann man aber nicht einmal die Fenster zum Lüften öffnen, da man sogar durch das Klappern des Bestecks der Gäste, ihre lautstarken Gespräche und die Musik kaum in den Schlaf kommt.
Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wird von den Vermietern genutzt, man muss auf einem öffentlichen Platz neben dem Haus parken.
