Took my husband on this trip for his birthday. We usually have a great time whenever we stay with you guys. This time however it started off horrible! Firstly we had booked an ocean front room but when we arrived they had assigned us to a ground floor room close to the pool area with no ocean front view. We therefore had to be relocated to a room on the first floor. Our first night the A/C in our room was freezing cold. They had someone come to check it but the gentleman was unable to adjust the temperature or even turn it off. We weren’t even offered another room. So we endured the freezing cold room and had a miserable and sleepless night. We had booked breakfast for 10am hoping to sleep in late but had to ask for an earlier reservation because of our sleepless night. Called front desk after 6am and the security officer (Ms Kathyann) took the call. This lady was so awesome, she couldn’t stop apologizing on behalf of the hotel for our discomfort. She even physically went down to the breakfast area to have our breakfast reservation changed even though I told her that I’ll call the restaurant. She insisted that she’ll go down and get it done (this is exceptional customer service). Heartfelt thanks to you Ms Kathyann! I honestly wanted to meet you and thank you personally. You’re such a kindhearted human being. God bless you. Before we checked out I’d asked for her but another officer told me that she wasn’t there at the moment. The other members of staff that I’d like to commend are: Mr Murray; wow this gentleman’s customer service skills are phenomenal! His enthusiastic way of greeting his guest is simply amazing! I must say his standard is world class! Each time that he saw us he made sure to acknowledge. He even introduced us to one of the chefs at the breakfast area who was so friendly. Sorry that I didn’t remember his name. We also met Mr Murray at the Robinson Crusoe’s pub/sports bar and he had the same level of enthusiasm. It was also very nice to meet with Mr Bajaj who enquired of our stay (which we greatly appreciate). After telling him of our horrible night’s experience he was so apologetic. Insisting that we speak with the front desk manager. It was also admirable that the manager Ms Rampersad also came to apologize for our bad nights experience. Other members who made our stay wonderful are: Desreen at the breakfast area who was also phenomenal. Ms Paula, oh well Ms Paula we’ve met a couple years now. She’s always so nice to us. I remember our first trip we encountered her at the Robinson Crusoe pub/sports bar. She made us feel like family, we had such a wonderful experience. We had breakfast just outside then breakfast area one morning and Ellan made sure that we were ok. Ever so often she would enquire if we’re ok if we needed anything. It rained one morning and she immediately came to see if we needed help moving. Naki also at the breakfast area was very helpful, she even offered to serve us. Runusia at the pool area and Ms Cecilia also the young lady at the pool bar all very nice. Susan at the Robinson Crusoe’s pub/sports bar she was so spunky she helped us select our meals which were delicious. Mr Davidson who checked us out one of the most pleasant and professional persons we’ve encountered at the front desk. Thanks also to Tiffano always friendly and so helpful. House keeping staff did a great job. Heartfelt thanks to all of you.

We visited the resort after the Easter. The pool ,room and surrounding were very clean. They followed Covid protocols. You don't need to be worried about getting Covid there. The staff was extremely friendly especially the chef. She give people a little history about the meals, theme and the culture in Tobago. The was very tasty .Thumbs up to the chef. They prepared packaged meals which were fresh and hot. The eggs were cooked in front of you.Thumbs up to the guy who was always pleasant . The only unpleasant experience was the smell of the seaweed. THA really needs to do something about the rotten seaweed problem. They can use the seaweed as fertilizers . You will experience the smell according to the direction the wind is blowing. Despite the foul odour from the seaweed , my stay at this resort was enjoyable and covid safe.

Dear Valued Guest, We appreciate guest feedback and comments and delighted that our wonderful staff once again provided a pleasant experience. They do a great job every day. We can certainly understand your feelings with respect to the seaweed situation. Quite frankly, this has caused havoc over the last few months and while we make every effort to remove it, next day it’s even more impactful and a problem throughout the island, that said, we are impacting heavily due to our location and beach. We have been communicating with TEMA for their assistance . We thank you for your business! Warmest Regards Vinod Bajaj General Manager

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions we thought that we would have been bored and possibly wasting our time/money. However the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which set the tone for our time there. We were able to do a bit of golfing and the golf club staff especially Lyndon made sure that we are going to golf there again soon. Pamela and Adanna also displayed a high level of friendliness and care, which went a long way to making our time there very enjoyable.

I spent a very relaxing 3 night stay and I can't wait to visit again. The hotel is well maintained and the room was a comfortable ocean view with a spectacular view of the ocean. I took the breakfast and dinner option and meals were buffet style, lavish, well done and very delicious. The hotel staff were wonderful and I want to commend the hotel for the very good Covid19 protocols in place. I would love if the large main pool opened until about 7pm, however, this will not deter me from visiting as soon as time permits. Thanks for a wonderful time :)
