We truly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Haven. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location of the hotel on a high peninsula meant that there was always a nice breeze so there was no problems with bugs. Our favorite area of the hotel was an almost private deck over the ocean located... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is its main attraction, right on the water. You feel like you're walking into a bit of history. The rooms aren't very up to date. And the only wifi connection is in the lobby area. The beach-side restaurant offers good choices for lunch. The main restaurant dinner is nourishing but... More

Stayed here originally in 2013 and was perfect for my requirements, hence the return visit! The hotel has superb guest rooms, beautiful hard wood floors and a glassed off bathroom, very unique for the Caribbean. The most amazing sea view from the room too. The food at Shutters in the evenings is superb and a nice selection. And lunch at... More

Blue haven hotel truly is the lost world of the Caribbean. The resort sits on an incredible peninsula, every room has beautiful ocean views. The wall from the shower is made of glass, so you can see the sea, even from your bathroom. Friendly staff, & great food served in the plantation house restaurant. & the roti's at the No... More

Great staff, housekeeper passes by daily to change out towels etc...clean room and bathroom, tranquil location away from all the hustle and bustle, yet 10 mins away from Scarborough by taxi where shopping could be done. Beautiful ocean view from rooms and balcony, therefore you're able to see the boats arriving and departing the island while relaxing in bed. Access... More

We stayed one day and night and felt like the old Hollywood stars. There is a fantastic beach and pool area and the staff is very nice. As it was not high season, we kind of had the hotel for ourselfes. We had a fantastic time there!!!

We stayed on the 2nd floor of the hotel and the ocean view was heavenly. It was a sight to see. It was so pleasing that I didn't go out of the hotel. There is a beach bar as and private access to the beach. Your lunch can be ordered at the beach bar while enjoying the water.

If you are thinking of going to this hotel and are a little bit put off by some of the negative comments, don't be. The positives far outweigh the negatives. OK, so it is a little bit threadbare in places but look past that and you will find an hotel in a stunning location. The room we had was in... More

The hotel is a little tired and in need of some TLC. But the staff are friendly and competent. Bathroom spotlessly clean, Our room was on the first floor and overlooked the beach: with the window open we could hear the waves breaking on Bacolet Bay. There is not a lot to do and you need a car/taxi/bicycle to get... More
