Our second visit to Botaira and still loved it... the staff, the location and food are all excellent. We took our 2 children back after being married there almost 10 years ago. Our little one (not quite 2) found the heat a bit hard to manage so we cut our visit short... but we will be back in a year...

Botaira is the first stop of our honeymoon. I did a lot of research before the trip and booked Botaira mainly because the beautiful reef and coral just off the beach which is a fantastic spot for snorkelling lover like me(i spent 4hours everyday in water there). so bring your Gopro and enough batteries. There are many many fish but...

We were looking for a getaway to relax and unwind... and we found it here. Beautifully positioned beach side huts with all the feel of being castaways on a remote island. If you are after shops, people coming and going, processed western food, lots of mod-cons.... then dont book here. If youre after clear bay seas, extraordinary reef diving and...

This was a family day trip to the island located in The Naviti group, Fiji. We did our booking with South Sea Cruises. Cost was around $225pp for seafood lunch and $250pp for lobster lunch . The ride on a catamaran (Yasawa Flyer 2) took about 3 hours from Port Denarau as it did island hopping along the way. Got...

The island is stunning with beautiful corals and tropical fishes in front of your Bure. There is also 2 tracks; one is going to the village and the second going to the submit of the island with amazing views. The resort is simple and confortable, friendly staff (special thanks to Mini who make our stay more enjoyable). However some of...

The resort is a bit far from the main island, about 3hrs ride on the ferry but it was worth the journey. We had a very relaxing 3 days stay here. Our ocean view bure (traditional style cabin) was spacious with a queen size bed & a day bed. There are also sun beds at the front porch & a...

A nice Fiji owned, not corporate, resort with the island living we were looking. The staff was most friendly and nice. A special nod to Sarah who's special touches were most appreciated. The food fresh from the sea and garden for the most part, as my wife said, we ate clean. A traditional bure on the beach, from the beach...

My partner and I came here as part of the Awesome Fiji 3 coconut tour package and stayed for 3 nights. The location was fantastic, the beachfront bures themselves are quite nice and the coral reefs about 30m off the beach made for amazing snorkelling. However, despite this we would never recommend Botaira. We were charged $110 per person per...

Botaira is absolutely an off the grid resort. My stress level dissipated as soon as we stepped on the shore. The staff was so accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. Pride in their work was obvious. They treated us like family. The meals were delicious and healthy. The presentation was imaginative and beautiful....
