Brilliant island for relaxing, snorkelling and family with kids since they offer dinner supervision for children! The staff were super friendly, and their food is exceptional! Have nothing to complain! One thing to keep in mind: dinner starts at 7pm, bring some snakes!

The resort is awesome: just right to the white sand beach. The crystal blue water is exactly how you could imagine. Good snorkeling. The resort organizes some activities every day to keep you busy. I recommend the church service on Sunday. The staff is really nice, especially the manager Cesare. I stayed in a dorm and it was perfect: clean... More

My friend and I came here knowing Fiji wasn't a "backpacker" kind of place but just wanting to relax and have some fun where we could. I was really excited about the quiz night everyone raves about and it was cancelled. The manager gave us a free champagne breakfast anyways which was much appreciated but we actually wanted to do... The stars at night were just amazing ! If you do make it to Octopus, then relax back on the sand at night & look up at our amazing universe ! Count the falling stars & smile at the total peace. You will feel so relaxed & happy. As this is how I felt during my entire stay of 6... More

This is the real Fiji, a real castaway place where the fish is hand caught and reef is right in front of you. You will not find hospitality anywhere else where you feel at home. White sand, blue lagoon and the walk to the village is fantastic, don't forget a bag of clothes you don't need to give to someone... More

We visited this resort during the school holidays and our children loved the regular volley ball games with other kids. The snorkelling quality straight off the beach is excellent! The setting is beautiful but we found the bay to be quite rough in the three days we visited which limited our snorkelling opportunities. As a result of the weather we... More

I spent 5 nights at this quaint resort in July 2016. I had never been to Fiji, and found this resort to be a wonderful chance to experience the beaty and pace of Fiji, whilst still enjoying the comforts of home. On arriving by boat, (wear bare feet or reef walkers as it is a wet landing), I was met... More

First night we stayed in a very basic bungalow - no aircon - it was fine - for.one.night as rodents can come and go as desired. Next couple of nights we paid a hefty fee to stay in one of the gorgeous Premium Villas right on the beach, great food beautiful beaches lovely holiday makers and their children. Yep, the... More

We are a group of six friends from England who stayed at Octopus. We were greeted with drinks on arrival and formally welcomed to the resort. Staff members took our cases to our rooms. The accommodation was a shared room with showers nearby - I believe there are also rooms more suitable for couples etc. but what we had was... More

We didn't want to leave, it was by far the best way to spend my special birthday, I was made to feel so special. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we could not fault the property. The staff were amazing, the food exceptional, and the location was stunning. My kids and I really had the most... More
