We travelled in January 2017 and expected to get wet as it IS monsoon season! But we were pleasantly surprised, the rains fell heavily at night but each day was perfect. We had booked a Point Bure which is air conditioned. We had arranged our transfers prior to arriving in Nadi and everything went exceptionally smoothly. We boarded the boat...

Out of the 4 islands we visited, this was the best one. The service and food was impeccable. The pool area was clean and child friendly. The loungers were comfortable and there was plenty - no fighting for one! The bar did great cocktails and was situated with a perfect view of the sunset (which was out of this world)....

We visited for four days with a group of 20 family and friends. The resort is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and plentiful. They quickly responded to a requested bure alteration to increase wheelchair accessibility. (The resort is not wheelchair accessible but we had one person in our group using a manual chair and made it...

Had an absolute wonderful time here, the snorkeling was amazing, the atmosphere terrific and the food 5 star. If I had to pick one island to return to this would most likely be it. We had a beachfront bure for 3 and we loved it, we had our own beach lounges and it felt like we had our own private...

We originally booked to stay for 1 night during our 6 day island hopping adventure. We arrived in the late afternoon and had an excellent dinner. Scuba dived the following day, which was superbly run and an exquisite dive site. We had booked to leave by seaplane, but due to bad weather, the plane couldn't come. The amazingly helpful manageress...

I spent 3 nights in Octopus just before Christmas. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are great (I stayed in the 4 share dorm) and the food is awesome -the best I've had in the Yasawas so far. There yoga class was also great and I felt truly in holidays not having to care about anything. The snorkel in front...

We booked this hotel for its unspoilt location and excellent snorkeling (from what we’ve read). The booking process itself was incredibly easy and a very pleasant experience. We booked directly with the hotel on their website and their live chat facility made it so easy to ask questions, confirm transfers etc. We were picked up from our mainland hotel right...

We chose Octopus Resort as our final stay for our Yasawa Islands experience. We chose wisely as the location and scenery are breathtaking beautiful. If you are looking for a place to relax this resort is ideal. Originally we had booked a Garden Bure but chose to upgrade to a Premium Garden Bure, and although the accommodation was lovely, the...

We chose this resort for our honeymoon because it offered premium accomodation and great snorkelling. The snorkeling was amazing and very accessible, however at $650 Fijian per night, our bure and the resort in general could do with some improvement. What was good: - the snorkelling - the food (although not great options if you're vegetarian) - the staff are...
