We stayed in February and booked a spa package in the new wellness centre that had just opened.
With our wellness package, we stayed in the brand new rooms which were so modern and confortable which views of the lake - apparently this is only available to guests booked on a spa package which was nice to relax as the hotel is popular with families for their brunches so it felt like we were in a calm adults only zone.

The spa facilities are excellent with 2 gyms, 2 saunas, a steam room, salt room and hydrotherapy pool. There's a separate pool for people on a spa programme for guests staying in the other part of the hotel which again is a good to keep in line with the calm environment. There's also an outdoor hot tub which was very refreshing. The treatments are excellent quality and very reasonably priced. My favourite was the Gemology treatment which was incredibly relaxing and i felt my worries float away striaght away.

The resort is in an isolated area so we ate in the hotel French restaurant, Le Paysage, which was delicious and also had lunch once in the spa at the Japanese restaurant which again was tasty with fresh ingredients. Pricewise, these are slightly higher prices compared to Lithuanian standards which is to be expected for a hotel of this quality. You can also get an uber or bolt into the centre which is just 20 minutes away and 13 euros but we were so zen so it was easier to eat at the hotel or there's a free shuttle organised by the hotel.

Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a relaxing break and some culture as Vilnius Old Town is definitely worth a visit in itself.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here last week. Service was excellent and staff super friendly. Half Board consisted of a very nice menu and it was such a welcome change to have dinner served to us instead of buffet. The courtesy bus into the city and airport transfers were also very well organised. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The hotel was on my top list for anniversary celebration and I didn't regret having chosen this particular one. As busy people, we (3 couples) needed distraction from work, true relaxation, therefore, the hotel with spa and Saturday live concerts was the best solution possible.
The hotel sits in the countryside, surrounded by woods and 3 lakes. Our rooms in the winter garden part of the hotel were spacious, meticulously clean, the beds were huge and very comfortable. Each room had a small balcony overlooking the lake. After a prompt check-in, we headed to the spa (Russian and Finnish saunas, a jacuzzi and the swimming pool) which was included in the room price. We had a table reserved for dinner at La Paysage for 6.30 (live concerts at the hotel start each Saturday at 7pm). Our company of 6 chose different dishes and everyone was satisfied with their choice. From the dishes we ordered, we would recommend creamy boletus soup, a tuna tartare, beef steak Rossini, Venison loin steak and baked Salmon fillet. The service was the highest quality. The live cocert was a nice addition to our joyful mood of celebration. As for the breakfast which is from 7 to 11am, we didn't expect such variety of food. There was something for every taste - from fish, to omelette, pancakes, fruit and vegetables, different cheeses and sausages, yougurts, croissants and cakes.
The hotel staff needs a praise-polite, sociable, helpful. We would definitely come back for another fabulous celebration.

Hotel staff was very impolite, we missed breakfast, so we came to restaurant to order food for extra charge, the bartender took the order in a rude manner, and a higher position lady sitting in a restaurant commented loud and in a very rude manner too that we came into restaurant dressed in a sportive way wearing hotel slippers. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that it's our first and last time in this hotel. We also had a guest from abroad with us, wanted to show the beauty of Lithuania, but left him badly surprised because of such service. We really think that money must be paid for the comfort, not someone forcing you to feel uncomfortable.

Waited for an hour to register for a room. All was
prebooked. Full of people. Just don't
expect a family friendly visit like in Druskininkai, check in takes long (~50 familys waiting in line). Receptionis was very kind, however expressed a complaint that everyone came on the same time (checkin is at 15pm). Each day noticed the same woman supervising entire complex. Every visitor get informed about
each thing, like restaurants and times and stuff, all of
this takes time. Some elevators don’t work (not an issue), shower head leaks massively (not an issue), however kids don’t get bathrobes or towels in spa - “sorry we don’t have enough”. So a 12 year old will get a towel and a 3 year old is not human in this resort.
Pool area for families with kids is packed, kids pool has slide were 3 kids in couple of hours bumped their heads badly. No toys, nothing. So they pour water on pool edges and passage, then a lady comes with a machine and cleans. So imagine relaxing with machine next to your head all the time. White noise I guess.
Adults pool is way better, seems it’s build for people (not for those with kids, cause kids are a problem for post soviet mentality - they need to be isolated 😅).
Room service is good, food as well. Breakfast is heavy, lots of meals to chose from, however need to wait for coffee as there are 2 coffee machines for a room of like 400people.
Checkout is super fast. 😀
And the last thing, my impression is this resort is oriented to russian culture “demand and get it”, more to Vilnius region, that is why we did not enjoy it as they do.
Go to Druskininkai or Palanga and enjoy quality service designed for people 😊

Old rooms not as shown in adds. Cold in rooms, especially in bathroom, lights very dim, poor breakfast. (Breakfast so cheap, what we skipped it on second day and went to eat in town) We were staying for two days, on second day cleaner just took old towels, didint put any new and didint clean the room at all. Spa is very small, just sauna and small pool. Area is maybe suitable for 30 - 40 people and hotel is big. So too much people. You have to pay extra for going to salt and aromatherapy rooms. Totally not woth it. Avoid.

We came to stay overnight on Sunday and there was no beverages overnight at the night reception. Also at the spa bar restaurant there was only one member of staff serving tables. Big credit to her!

This place is located in the middle of nowhere, so despite being offerwd great spa facilities; please do bring your own alcohol as you wont be able to get any extras after restaurant closing times!

I give 2 out if 5 because service was poot as it was...

This resort hotel is located about 20 minutes drive from Vilnius. We used the shuttle service provided by the hotel so getting in and out of the town was not a problem and at no cost. Thus resort hotel is good but at the time of our visit very quiet and under-occupied. In season I am sure we would have formed an entirely different impression. Our trip was great value for money and an ideal way of sampling Vilnius. The downside was once back at the hotel there was no atmosphere, the only bar open was in the restaurant and our inclusive deal meant that we had to select of the same fixed choice menu for each evening of our stay. The plus points were the friendly and efficient staff, excellent choice for breakfast and a stunning"state of the art" spa area which was amazing. Our only regret was that we did not experience Vilnius at night due to the location of this hotel. Apart from that I would have no hesitation recommending a stay here to others.

Rooms not too modern, but have everything needed. the front desk sometimes needs a second reminder to get things fixed, but in the end they oblige. The pool and sauna area often gets pretty cramped, but they will open a new one in January 2020. Breakfast is good and they come to remind all guests when it's about to be closed. The on site restaurant is overpriced and the service is like in the 80s in the USSR. There's a free shuttle bus to Vilnius city centre, but it doesn't run too often. A cab is about €20, even cheaper with Uber. Probably better in summer when there are more things to do outdoors, but it was generally a pleasant stay.

Good evening! This hotel is not near the old town, it is located outside the city. You can't walk by foot to the center. It is comfortable for a quiet relaxing holiday in the country, fresh air, there are no nearby houses, businesses, and for excursions you go to the city by minibus or rented car.
