Pros: Great location, good breakfast, and that's it. Cons: We got an economy room in what is called 4* SPA hotel. Room had unpleasant smell, like it used to be smokers room and later somebody tried to remove the smoke smell with chemicals. Room had a little kitchen but no fridge. Reception explained, that economy room does not include fridge, despite that the room is in the 4* star hotel. So much for cooling the bottle of white wine and storing some cheese we brought. The shower was separated with plastic curtain which is too short plus the water sink got flooded and the water went all over the toilet floor and into the room. We had to book the time to get to SPA, what we did. Despite that SPA reception did not have keys for women locker and suggested to use men’s room locker. Had to push for the key to be arranged. In the spa, steam/Turkish sauna was closed (apparently for over a month), swimming pool full of people despite dirty water. We left after 10 min. Basically the whole place looks tired, needs to be shut down for renovation and stuff retrained.

We were surprised that this hotel & spa is called ROYAL because it doesn't feel like it at all. Whole building needs renovation, there was no shampoo/soap in our room when we checked in (staff didn't even say sorry), there are no day curtains (a bit uncomfortable), staff was not very helpful (some inappropriate jokes) and didn't provide information needed (like you should know everything even when it's your first time here), restaurant is quite small and gets crowded very fast and the pool/jacuzzi is even smaller, it's unbelievable.. I wouldn't recommend to stay here if you want better quality and a calm stay.

The Hotel is old and it is seen very well from both outside and inside of it. Dirty windows with lots of spiders and their webs. Seems like no one cares about cleaning them. Restaurant chairs are dirty and even teared and cracked. Swimming pool is too small for such amount of people, as well as sauna and jacuzzi (and i have been there on monday! Not weekend). I highly recommend you, to change your opinion and choose another place for your rest. I gave 2 stars for good breakfast menu and tasty dinner at restaurant. Also i enjoyed massage. (So one star for good food and second for high quality massage). Peace ✌️

The hotel does not fit the four-stars standard at all. The price and quality ratio is totally inadequate. We booked a large room for two adults and two children. The welcoming staff was not friendly at all, and the rest service personnel looked like they were really unhappy. We had to pay extra 20 eur for a child. And got a terrible old extra bed. A sofa was not comfortable either. The kitchenette looked appaling. The fridge smelled like trash, the bathroom was terrible. The whole hotel needs renovation. It looks shabby, except for the SPA area. I will not go there any more.

4 stars hotel, you are joking😃 it fits for 2 stars not too much. Very poor hotel with unfriendly staff. It is soooo dirty everywhere: windows, every where dead mosquitos and bees on the floor, spa area corrosion. Feeling like your are back to 95’ Never never never order this hotel again. It is very sad and im looking what is ROYAL here.
