as a local this is the only place with a Chinese restaurant in the area, but avoid it. you will given a strict dress code for food cooked in a microwave with the grumpiest most unfriendly staff. today the first thing our waitress said is " are we sure we want to eat hear" as someone who understand creole all staff, including receptionist talk badly about their clients. they dont even care if tourists understand and the food is not even of any quality to compare with the street food nearby. don't waste your time or money. a good example is the spring roll and somoosa are bought pre made from the shop 5 mins away . I've been here 3 times this year and each time is worse than the last

Stayed for 5 days in a very spacious triple room on the first floor (previously the spa area). Room was bright and airy, with a/c, fridge, TV and WiFi. Bonus was the separate room (dressing area) adjacent to the small bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, cornflakes, bread for toasting and a some sorry looking croissants (!). Eggs could be ordered in any style. Later we specified that we would like our eggs with bacon and sausages! Dinner was good - choice of Chinese, Italian or Creole. Pool towels provided. Unfortunately we couldn't operate the Jacuzzi and brought it to the attention of a member of staff, who assured us that she would send somebody out, but never did! Location was excellent - approximately 5 mins walk to Beau Vallon Beach. Lovely take away to the right of the hotel. Incidentally there is a night market at the beach every Wednesday from 5pm.

actually I've only tried the restaurant a couple of times during my stay in Seychelles, their food is nice and of good quality, good sized portions, nice variety of food but I specially liked their creole food, the staff members are really friendly and the prices are moderate to slightly over priced

Please avoid, we got all dressed up for the dress code and then get served two minute noodles with burnt vegetables. Worst meal that could not be eaten in a long time! Waiter wanted to call manager but some times you just know it’s not even worth complaining as it is just so bad!

Stayed 5th to 8th April. The rooms could have done with a little upgrading. The pool area was empty and the whole area looked a bit run down. There were old chairs stacked up that looked like they needed and wash and all the furniture was a bit shoddy.
