This Naturalist Beach Resort is fantastic. We stayed in the Wahoo room which has everything you need. Great balconies with lounge and regular chairs. The view is just gorgeous of the beach, bay, stingrays and fishermen. The apartment itself is large and clean. The first room has kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove and TV (which we had no desire to use!),...

We stayed in the "whale" room and was very pleased with the amenities and the overall value. The staff was very friendly and helped out in any way they could to make our stay more enjoyable. The beach is beautiful and quiet and I highly recommend The Naturalist Resort to relax and feel welcomed.

We Have visited Tobago and Castara five times. We loved staying in this perfect location with access to the beach and village life. Ancle, Tracy and all the team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!

We stayed 4 nights at the Naturalist. The first 3 were planned and we stayed in the Crow's Nest. Nice little room with an outdoor kitchen and great views of the bay. We liked it so much that on our departure day, we asked Ancle if we could spend one more day...but he said the room was booked - so...

My wife and I visited Castara for our honeymoon in 2015 and stayed on a hillside resort. Although a lovely place to stay, we felt removed and distant from the town of Castara and the lovely beach. This time we returned with my wife's sister and husband and stayed at the Naturalist Beach Resort for 9 nights. We managed to...

Stayed here for 6 nights in Wahoo accommodation. Most of the apartments have excellent views but the Wahoo is truly excellent overlooking the whole bay/beach. I didn't really believe a previous review saying you could watch the rays swimming up and down from the veranda but it is 100% true! The flat is very spacious with a separate bathroom, bedroom,...

Stayed for four nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect location right on the beach. You can't get closer to the sea without being in it! Staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable with glorious views. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Located right on the beach and village is right in the corner. Views are amazing. Best location absolutely! In the resort there is three buildings where different rooms are. Only the cheapest rooms I think there is no sea view. Room is spacious. Full kitchen, clean bathroom. Big terazza with sunbeds. Tip: Book direct to Ancle, dont via booking sites.

We loved our stay last February 2016 and the apartment had great views over Castara beach and the basking rays below our balcony. Castara is a laid back, uncommercialised fishing village and we hope it remains so. The Naturalist Beach is a laid back 'resort' comprising several apartments at one end of the beach. This was our 2nd visit and...

We started our Tobago holiday with a week at this resort - what a start. We stayed in Blue Marlin apartment and had two huge balconies right on the beach . The views were amazing and we would happily sit watching the sea, fishermen, birds and views for hours. Although the apartment is not luxury ,it has every thing you...
