I hate to write bad reviews. Especially when I see that people who run the hotel try hard. But there is one thing that absolutely ruins your stay at this hotel - and that is the bed. I´m not too picky about where I sleep but this is a no-go. I had to sleep on the floor, both nights, as...

A big surprise as we didnt know what to expect when booking it. We arrived little after 21 on saturday and hungry. I did ask if they still served real food and yes no problems. The food was real german and wellmade and very tasty and a lot of it. The room was clean and very cosy and very quiet....

Stayed here last weekend. The hotel is in the pretty village of Guls a few miles outside Koblenz. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay but the bedroom was huge with lovely double windows. The owner was very welcoming recommended a nearbyrestaurant and despite not having booked breakfast she set a table up for us. In common with a...

Our GPS took us down every back alley in Guls until we finally asked directions and found we were directly in front of the hotel. If it is late, ring the bell and don't get confused with the restaurant entrance. As the restaurant was closed when we arrived, we had one of the most pleasant dinners of our trip at...

We stayed one night, after cycling a few days on the river. As the other reviews say, it is not in Koblenz but is quite close - about another 5km ride from the city centre along the pretty riverbank. Bike facilities reasonably good: undercover in a private courtyard with spots to chain the bikes up. What made it stand out...

This Hotel is in the outskirts of Koblenz. While there is not much you can do in the area around the hotel in the evening except visit one of the typical local restaurants, Koblenz city center can be reached by bus (50 meters away) or train (about 300 meters away) easily and quickly. The hotel is clean and not too...

Nice spot, bit far from the Autobahn, but sure value for money. Clean rooms, large toilet, kitchen. Simple but good enough breakfast. Only warm is hot boiled egg. Too bad the kitchen was already closed at 22h.

a little bit far from Koblenz Hauptbahnhof about 20 min by bus and 30 min interval waiting time. Rooms without phone, fridge, air conditioner and elevator. There are no pictures on the wall very simple. Room under garage doors for 3 person has no WiFi you should go to the main hall. They have problems with internet. Good breakfast though...

with no elevator, no phone in rooms and hardly any amenities, it is still a nice deal. The owner comes knocking on my door near midnight, with his "house phone" in his hand... its my wife!. Breakfast was adequate and the parking is an easy pull into the property I love the location, the half timbered house. English is fair...

“Quiet rooms”

“The size and quality of the rooms are mixed. There are some nice, recently renovated rooms with large bathrooms but also outdated single-rooms in the third floor under the roof which are more on the level of a hostel-room. Better go to the slightly more expensive rooms, to have a really nice stay.”

“single rooms means a small little bed, stuck right against the wall. clostrophobes beware i went for the double for a bit more. higher means better air circulation, as i'm sure you know: the rooms have no a/c, and this town could get hot and steamy”
