Let’s start with something positive as the rest will be just a short summary of why you should not stay here. Great private beach, location and lots of beautiful surroundings in Capo Vaticano. Now the essentials. Got an apartment with a broken air con and it took the staff 2 hours to arrange a new apt after continuously asking if the room was ready. Not to mention there was no apology for the trouble. The new room had a partly broken Air con even if the staff claimed it was working fine because their computer said so. I demanded a new room and they was supposed to “look into it”. No one ever got back to us in this matter and I just gave up. The “resort” is poorly maintained and the service level is of a third world hotel. Actually very similar to Morocco if you been there and wants to relate to something. Towels and bed linen are not included , 40 Euros for 4 people. We asked for a second keycard and the staffs response was “Why?”. The Jacuzzis in the pool area requires additional payment. The so called “resort” is not cheap so book something nearby for the same prize perhaps you’ll even find a place with a welcoming and customer orientated staff. …
Resort Rocca si Vadaro is very nice amazing place Beach is very nice ,accomodation 👍beautiful, restaurant and food very good, animators funny, very nice and quiet place....also you can do sport/yoga,pilates -they have nice place for it with see view.,,
Basic room / studio but clean and with beautiful view to sea and Stromboli volcano. Located very close to the beach. It is a very good choice for families with children due to lots of animates. Breakfasts were very basic, Italian style coffee and something sweet. One minus for us - there was too loud music provided by hotel DJ.
Overall great experience, we got to swim in crystal clear waters on a private beach where we laid on beach chairs and enjoyed the view. The staff are really kind and service for the kitchen and the bar are impeccable, also expect to eat very well and dishes are well thought out and a representation of the food from the area. Nearby beaches are incredible, some of the best I have ever seen, like from a movie. Facilities were all clean and just as we expected them to be, so no problems there. Staff were always happy to answer questions no matter how big or small and when we needed a ride to the station were happy to help us figure everything out. Thank you again for our stay!
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is very good, the beach is amazing! However, it is not so much a relaxing place as they say it is. Half of the days I stayed there, the hotel put very loud music by the beach the whole day! They only stop the music during lunchtime. I understand they want to entertain kids and clients with dancing and other activities, but this is not my concept of relaxing. If all you want is to listen to the sea and read a book, it might not be the best option. But if you want music and activities, it is your place!
They have beautiful private beach. The color of the sea is wonderful. I had a great relaxing time there. Apartment was renovated newly. Room was clean. There are small market, swimming pool, restraunt. Staffs are so friendly and helpful.
Before season (Mid Jun) and after season (beg. Sep). one of the nicest places to relax. During season time probably crowded and loud (animation !). A car is helpful, but the very friendly family is always very helpful. Newly remodeld appartments and a very good restaurant (fish !) with a complete view directly at the beach.
The first thing to say is that the staff (almost all one family) are amazing and very helpful in every respect- we came in late, they made us sandwiches, tried their hardest to make everything good. An "events" staff who are great fun, great bar men who will fix up anything for you. Also, great location right on the beach- a stony beach which is normal for this part of the world, crystal clear water. Nice small bar/lounge, small restaurant and mini market- reasonably priced. So lets be clear, big downsides, apartments are basic for the money and very close together, some with very strange layouts eg kitchen is all outside on the balcony. Few have sea view in the main complex. However, this is the noisiest resort I've ever stayed at.... expect music and announcements at full volume from 10 am in the morning to midnight including a host of activities accompanied by loud music and a full blown show in the evening- which many of the local visitors seemed to partake. Big families with kids running around until early hours. Given the small size of the resort, its almost impossible to get away from.…
The resort is absolutely amazing, beautifully designed with many palm trees and exotic plants, really picturesque. It is right on the beautiful sandy beach. Even when sitting in the bar you can hear the waves lapping. Apartments are stylish, many have a stunning sea view. Staff is friendly and courteous. It is not a place to go if you want a vibrant location with lots of shopping and clubs but for those who want to relax and escape from their hectic lives. It is really an idyllic place!
