Owner very pleasant but tried to tell us when showing us our room that they had had a leak that day, no way - wood rotten and mould on walls showed it had been like it some time. Facilities were okay, basic. It is close to the ferry though! Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff very pleasant.

We found this place last minute as we needed some where cheap to stay after arriving on the ferry. The place is cheap and worth the price. There were 4 of us travelling as friends so decided to book a family room as we were on a budget. The main room itself was spacious with a spectacular balcony view. The...

Lovely family run guesthouse. Owner was lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Only 10 min drive from the ferry and very near local pubs and shops. We had a family room which was small but the room was clean and comfortable and suited us very well for one nights stay. Breakfast was lovely, and staff were very nice. Thoroughly recommend...

Guesthouse was great. Basic but suited us fine for a few days. Breakfast was very nice, owners/staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean although small. Just a shower so bathed the baby in the sink. Would recommend for a short stop over. Pub in kilrane (right turn on the main road) does great food and seemed to have...

Friendly family run business, very clean and comfortable, great value for money. We caught the ferry to Rosslare from Wales and this was the perfect spot to layover. Great Irish breakfast included, stunning views from our verandah. Very hospitable and welcoming.

The guesthouse is fine, the beds are comfortable. It has a somewhat dated air, some of the décor could perhaps do with refreshing, but still it does what it says on the box: gives you a comfortable stay on the way to or from the ferry. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful. One of our party...

Stayed for one night on May 3 and was disappointed. Rooms are old with tiny bathrooms. Possibly smallest shower I have ever been in. Generally clean though with friendly breakfast staff. I wouldn't not stay here but only if I could find nowhere better.

I stayed in room 6 with my 11 month old son. We had a horrible night. The heaters weren't working properly so were cold all night, there were spiders in the room, the bathroom was extremely tiny, the decor was 100 years old, the bed squeaked - need I go on. Extremely basic and old accommodation.
