A really pleasant B&B only 10 minutes from the ferry. Very friendly owner with a good breakfast provided. It's about 200 metres from the main road, and the property is set well back from the country road, so it's very quiet and peaceful. There's a typical Irish roadside pub on the main road, so it's an easy walk in the... More

We stayed at Ashley Lodge at the start and end of our holiday to coincide with Ferry crossings. Margaret the owner is lovely and makes the stay in her beautifully kept property very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast with a wide range of choices delicious. We would not hesitate to book here again. Thank you... More

This B&B is an ideal stopover for an early ferry. We arrived after a gruelling 6 hour drive from the causeway coast. The company we had booked through - Travel Republic - had not told Margaret that there was a child with us. She still put us up thankfully and recommended that we eat at Cushens a local pub. This... Good: Room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable and a nice white duvet. The breakfast was big and filling. For the price this is the best B&B we have stayed in (in Ireland). Internet worked well. We would certainly recommend this B&B! Bad: We had difficulty finding how to order breakfast on Booking.com site so asked for it in... More

We booked the Ashley Lodge B&B for one night as it is very close to Rosslare Ferry Terminal and we were leaving early in the morning. The proprietor was very friendly although there was a little confusion over the room, but this seemed to be an issue with Booking.com rather thant her fault. The room was large, clean and well-equipped.... More

We made a late booking due to bad weather on the way over from Fishguard. Margaret was very open and friendly and welcomed us to her place. The next morning the breakfast was also very good. Would recommend staying here for a stop over

Ashley Lodge, run by Margaret, was absolutely spotless with those little touches that made our stay very comfortable. We were able to have an early breakfast which was prepared very promptly so we could arrive at the port in good time for our ferry.

We stayed here with friends for the first night and our last night of our holiday. It is ideally placed for the Rosslare ferry, a 10 min drive away. It was easy to find and we were made very welcome by Margaret. The rooms were clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a chocolate biscuit and good free wifi.... More

Real welcome and all explained including what time we would like breakfast (a full Irish and really good). Room slightly small but perfectly adequate. Plenty of room to park the car outside. We will use it again.

Wanted a place to crash after coming off the evening ferry arrival in Rosslare before continuing the rest of our journey. This place was ideal. Easy to find, very clean and had everything you needed for a quick overnight stay. The host was very friendly and had a suggestion for a small local town we could drive to in order... More
