I was in the area to attend the Bregenz Festival and meet with colleagues. I stayed in the main building the first evening and then moved to a lake house with my room patio walking right into the garden and down to Lake Constance. The hotel and staff were excellent. There is no air conditioning, so if you come in...

Stayed for 5 days at the Seehouse, a side building of the main Augustin hotel, which is closer to the lake and has nice, but smaller rooms that do not connect to the wi-fi system (sometimes it worked on the balcony). Small bathroom and shower, but relatively quiet with lots of sparrows outside in the wonderfully big trees in front...

This is a lovely little town on the edge of Lake Constance with many small hotels and restaurants. This hotel is very small, almost an adjunct to the restaurant which is quite visible. You go up a steep stair case to the first, second and third floors with only a couple of rooms on each floor. We asked for a...

Meersburg, on the edge of Lake Constance, is a beautiful tourist town. The hotel is on the main street on the lower level a step back from the lake....a good position. We were on the top floor with a shared bathroom one floor below and a WC on our floor. The attic room was clean and had a washbasin and...

we were looking for a hotel for the night and everywhere seemed fully booked. The manager used the internet and his phone to book us a room in a small, but very nice hotel in a nearby village, and we returned to have dinner. The food and service were first class, and the chef, who spoke English, even came out...

Looking for a nice place tos tay -- right there. Nice rooms, however a bit "outdated" as far as the interior is concerned, but nothing wrong with it. Clean, we had a nice room with Balcony - recommended with a nice view - close - very close - to the Lake and several restaurants. Walk to the ferry stop and...

Stayed here during a business trip and have been impressed by the service, location and surroundings. The rooms are nice and although a bit outdated, you cannot fault them for the warm feeling you get as if you are at home. Breakfast is gorgeous and is served in a conservatory type room, with lots of light. Highly recommend it!!

We wanted to spend a couple of days relaxing on the shores of Lake Constance (Bodensee) and we found exactly what we after in a very pretty Wasserburg. This family run hotel could not be closer to the lakeside – the hotel’s private garden and bar/barbeque were right there. Our 2 room suite had a balcony overlooking the Lake and...

This place was spectacular. It was off the beaten track of the Bodinsee, although not far away. The rooms were large, clean and some with a balcony overlooking the lake. We had a 2 room apartment with plenty of room. The owner Wolfgang and his wife Maria were very accomodating, as well as the rest of the staff. The restaurant...
