As we arrive at the hotel, we are greeted with an amazing cinnamon smell and a delicious tea… this is just a preview of your wonderful stay at Cassia Cottage (btw Cassia is cinnamon)…. Amazing place and sunset views, food and drinks absolutely delicious (their breakfast is REALLY good), lovely and friendly staff…. Absolutely no complains! We had the romantic dinner experience and it was absolutely worth it, the attention they give to all the details is outstanding! We wish we could stay more, but will definitely come back someday. Highly recommend it!
Just the perfect home away from home, Cassia Cottage gives a super intimate and home-y vibe with all the trimmings of 5-star hotel service. Just got back from a random trip to Phu Quoc and 4 nights in Cassia was just what I needed! Deluxe room was super spacious and they gave me the room closest to the beach and gardens! Staff are super polite and accommodating. Breakfast selection is quite okay. Lunch and dinner a la carte are great! GM Ron has definitely done a great job here!
My husband and I spent a blissful 5 days at Cassia Cottages. Our room was large and clean with a private balcony to enjoy a coffee with a good book. I especially loved the outdoor shower in our room. With 3 pools to choose from, we spent most days on the beach lounging underneath the umbrellas. It’s also the perfect place to take in the sunset at the Malabar Bar. The hotel team was excellent and very attentive. No request was too difficult. Highly recommend a stay here to de-stress.
I have enjoyed every detail about this hotel: The great hospitality that I feel constantly, special thanks to Maria ÷) !!! And to Mark the owner of the hotel. Initially, I booked to stay only one night in this beautiful hotel, but due to incredible hospitality I ended up staying 8 nights! The lush green tropical gardens, The pools, The private beach, The breakfast was great, The yoga 2 times a day lead by lovely lady Tyguin, my very special thanks to her and to her classes they did made my vacation really Zen ÷) . The massage in the hotel was really good...thanks to Maria for recommendation. The room is beautiful, with the big shower, comfortable bed and your own private garden. In few mounts planning another trip to Phu Quoc, will stay in Cassia Cottage again. Can't wait
Excellent position and facilities, private beach, 3 pools, good restaurant, polite and attentive staff super breakfast. Cocktails by the pool very welcome. . Very well run by Maria. This is a great place.
This hotel is a haven in a bustling resort. The resort is beautifully landscaped with palms, grass areas, pools and the beach. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Food from the restaurant is very good and varied. The staff are outstanding, thoughtful, discreet and full of advice and ideas when needed.
The Staff were really lovely, hotel in a perfect location, you can walk along the beach into town, the facilities were great, but as always the staff made the experience enjoyable and hassle free. There are restaurants just up the road which offer other options for eating out, although food at the resort was great.
We were very pleased with the hotel- staff, rooms, amenities, area and food. Good greenery in a well maintained premise and nice pool overlooking the sea. We hired a scooter from the hotel for a day at a quite cheap price. Would surely recommend.
We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 9. Cassia Cottage is set in a beautiful, tropical oasis, a stone’s throw from the beach. The garden room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and very comfortable (the bed was super comfy). We had a veranda and a small garden area, which gave it that homely feel as well as providing privacy. The Spice House restaurant, overlooking one of the three pools and out to the ocean, is light and airy and serves delicious local and international cuisine. The breakfast is excellent, with a good choice to cater to all. Lunch and dinner did not disappoint either - the food was exceptional - always presented beautifully and full of flavor (even if you don't stay here, which would be a mistake, try out the restaurant). The staff are super friendly and always on hand to assist - special thanks to Uyen, An, and Sang - we are grateful for your warm, friendly, endless smiles and attentiveness throughout our stay. If you are looking to stay in Phu Quoc, I can't recommend Cassia Cottage enough - it gets an all round 5 stars from us - make sure you book directly to get your late afternoon cocktail. Thanks, everyone at Cassia Cottage.…
We finished a three week holiday here and it did not disappoint. Lovely room, quality food, great pool, beach access and wonderfully attentive and friendly staff. It was the perfect full stop before heading home.
