Great spot with classy rooms, great service and a good breakfast. Check out all the hole in wall family run restaurants just around the corner in the alley near the beach. Fantastic people and great value in every underdeveloped joint around. Love this island!

Very nice resort, good rooms, modern showers, nice beach, which also had a shower to wash off the salt after the sea. But the hotel is pricy - we had a deal on booking.com, but if paying the real price, too expensive for what is received. Breakfast very nice though, as is the staff (although they barely speak English).

We chose a garden bungalow and really enjoyed our stay on this small resort. The bungalows were lovely and really close to the private beach. There's a lot of construction work going on on this island but it was lovely and quiet at the Arcadia. We didn't dine out much at the restaurant so can't say much about the food...

We stayed here for three nights at the end of our trip before flying back to London. It was everything that we needed and very relaxing. The location was handy to get to other restaurants and bars in the area and we appreciated being right on the beach when we walked into town and saw some of the alternative resorts....

We were lucky it was off season so we got a deal for a very reasonable price. Very nice private beach and top nodge bungalows some of them with stunning views. We had problems with our room but the staff reacted very professional and moved us immediately to another bungalow inclusive upgrade. Furthermore they were very helpful when it came...

This is not a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very small and the doors have cracks which let the mosquitoes in. We wanted to upgrade in a bungalow but it was fully booked. The food quality was below average and the staff did not speak English. We practiced our charades skills a lot!

The best was the location, its not near the city centre, but is on the beach and had some bbq restaurants around. On the beach, the hotel had towels (not that clean), beds and hats available for the guests free of charge. Our bedroom was OK. The staff was not super helpful and at least not as nice and welcoming...

I highly disagree with the 3 star rating given to this place. Our upgraded room was filthy, dirty linen and stained curtains and worst of all animal faeces on the floor!!! I dread to think what our original room was like! As you are on trip advisor deciding where to stay on Phu Quoc, you have a choice to now...
