This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and it is definitely dangerous! Why? The elevator to the upper level of the hotel rooms is dangerous!. Not only you can get stuck inside it you have no way of communicating your predicament! My wife and daughter who is 3.5 years old got stuck midway inside the elevator. There is a...

Dear Sir, My name is Antonis Voutsinos and I am the Managing Director of Dolphin Bay hotel in Syros. This resort is built on a steep terrace slope so all rooms have a balcony with a picturesque view. The surrounding village is very quite and peaceful. Beach area is beautiful and very safe for swimming and the hotel pool is huge. Our triple room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Buffet breakfast is served in a separate building offering...

We stayed for 5 days in mid July and yes we relaxed. The pool is great & so is the beach. We were on half board basis so had dinner at the hotel. The food is good no complaints but something needs to be done about the flies. Enjoyed the cocktails & music by the pool in the evenings.
