We really enjoyed our stay. Comfy room, very attentive service, great setting in amongst the hills (yet easy to reach by train) and very peaceful. The spa with the many different saunas, whirlpool and pool outside as well as a lot of different places to chill out in was my favorite bit about the hotel. You could lie on the...

We booked the hotel rather late but managed to get a nice room not with the best views of the hotel (apparently that is from the third upwards and poolside) but good enough. Food was great even though we were on the low calorie diet but the kitchen really made an effort for us, which we appreciated. The service is...

Spend a weekend here on their special pre-season offer incl. breakfast and some massage. The hotel itself is nicely located overlooking the river mosel. The breakfast was chaotic with many package tourists and overwhelmed personal. Similar situation in the evening - sittig at the bar for 20+ minutea before having the chance to order a drink. The wellness area is...

Hotel used by Rail Discoveries as a tour base. Ideal for rail station. Hotel approached by incline from station and stairs and lifts to rooms. Good standard of food and service. Polite and friendly staff most speaking English. Hotel probably not suitable for people with mobility and health problems. Good stretched when busy. Probably a summer not winte hotel.

Unfortunately, we did not look in trip advisor before booking this hotel. We only looked at the website, which had wonderful pictures. Upon arriving, it hit us that the place looked a bit run-down (not at all like the pictures) and the people at reception were not warm and hospitable but either extremely business-like and/or had odd, non-customer-friendly reactions to...

My wife and I made the mistake of hosting some of our wedding events here. The events coordinator perpetually ignored calls and emails. We were over-charged by 35% p/p of the agreed upon Sunday brunch price. When we took issue, mysteriously, there was no one there with the authority to handle the situation. My wife’s wedding dress was accidentally left...

Great location for the Christmas markets in the area, the hotel was good, but sorry to say that the service was very average and the food was so bad that we went out each night to dinner. Its a shame that such a lovely place in such a great location is let down by the very basic stuff that is...

We stayed at the Parkhotel Krahnnest for five days in November 2013. We were on a arranged coaching holiday from Yorkshire. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean. The food was beautiful. The swimming pool and Saunas and leisure facilities were out of this work The room was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. Although my husband speaks fluent...
