This was our first visit to Kilmartin - will not be our last. Nick and I along with the dalmatians had the best stay - dog friendly is an understatement for the team at this hotel. Food was fabulous, well cooked, presented and priced (we had lunch, dinner, and breakfast ... as well as a few drinks in the lovely... More

My husband and I had a meal here while on holiday to celebrate our anniversary. They serve good pub food, menu to suit any palette and very friendly and helpful staff, in a cosy setting, would definitely visit again

One of the friendliest hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was comfortable, the bar was cosy, the landlady was lovely but the breakfast was to die for. Cooked to order and had the tastiest sausages! Price wise -so much value for money. Have recommended to friends and family and genuinely can't wait to go back for another visit.

The friendly helpful owner made us feel at home, and gave us a fantastic spacious room with a lovely view. Dinner was superb, above average for a pub and around £13 for mains. Breakfasts are cooked to order and there are a good range of options. The hotel is in the midst of refurbishment but it is really comfortable and... More

I dined here with a colleague on a recent trip and there was really good selection of beer including real ales. The real was excellent, fresh, cold and flavorsome. The menu was impressive with a wide selection made fresh to order. I had the curry of the day - chicken madras on this occasion - and it was ok. The... More

Excellent bar with choice of real ales, numerous Malts and other spirits, all presided over by a genial host. Dog friendly with nice garden outside and splendid small smokers shelter. My Fillet of smoked haddock with cheese and leek sauce with proper al-dente vegetables was excellent and reasonably priced. The whole atmosphere of the place is laid back and welcoming... More

My husband and I visited Kilmartin and stayed in Kilmartin Castle late August 2016. We went to the Kilmartin Hotel pub almost every night for dinner. The service is excellent, the bartender is so friendly. The food is good too.

We stumbled upon this little gem of a place whilst travelling through on a road trip. We had a warm greeting as soon as we entered the hotel bar and enjoyed a delicious meal in the main restaurant. The wine choices were good. The service was excellent. We went through to the bar and there we stayed! Mariana, the bar... More

Fantastic food, such lovely friendly staff and couldn't have been more dog friendly. We just stumbled across this place whilst looking for a place to stay and it certainly was the best find ever. Can't fault them at all. Stayed one night but already looking forward to returning. Food was amazing, beautiful steak, pasta and fish and such a lovely... More
