Isobel and Tom were so welcoming. I stayed 2 nights in July and two weeks later came back with my daughter for another night, after a really long drive from Hadrian's Wall. The rooms I stayed in were very very comfortable, Isobel's breakfasts were excellent. And she is a fountain of information for this unique historical glen. Isobel made my...

My family of three enjoyed having full run of the cottage and its kitchen. The owner was very obliging and brought breakfast over each morning. Clean and comfortable. It can sleep five upstairs and has a private bathroom. Television in the living area let us keep up with the news. If you need wifi access, you may want to stay...

A good traditional B&B if somewhat cluttered with nick backs. A good sized bedroom and a decent shower with excellent water pressure. Scottish breakfast was average with filter coffee and fruit juice. I do wish Scottish establishments would describe their sausages as either 'Lorne' or 'String'. Not everyone likes Lorne sausages (in fact does anyone?)! The bed was very comfortable...

Isobel is extremely warm and welcoming and knowledgable about the area. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent . Isobel provided a great selection of teas and lots of biscuits. The location is perfect for touring the historic sites in the area and has the added bonus of being close to a hotel for evening...

Very well looked after, quiet room, plenty of breakfast, advice on where to go and what to see. Well located Bed & Breakfast opposite world famous Kilmartin Museum. Rosebank is an historic house with fantastic interior.

Although Isobel's B&B has had wide acclaim on Trip Advisor, we found it to be less than excellent. 1. They forgot our booking. Fortunately (or rather, unfortunately as you'll read) the attached "cottage" was available. 2. The stairs in the cottage to the bedroom are very steep and narrow, with the bathroom being downstairs. 3. The shower is rather quaint,...

I have been to Kilmartin on several occasions in the past but never stayed. In July this year my husband and I, and two very dear friends, stayed at Rosebank, which was previously the home and business of my Grandfather and Great Grandfather - Alexander Ross. Given the chance to sleep in Room 12 or 14, without real knowledge of...

Unfortunately, we haven't managed to visit Rosebank this year. We go every year, usually in April/May. The warmth of Isobel and Tommy is second to none. Fantastic location. Great breakfasts. Nothing is too much trouble. House and cottages are truly unique! Hope we can get there before summer (?) is over this year. Hello to you both! Joan and Neil.

What can I say that hasn't been said before! This was our 3d visit and we stayed in one of the cottages this time. Perfect! Any family with children need have no fear. There are lots of games, books and toys for all to enjoy. T.v. and books and local travel info too. Garden with sunbeds to enjoy (if sun...

What a lovely place. Excellent facilities and a very warm welcome. Couldn't be better. We are on a cycling holiday. The b&b is on the quiet main road. Good pub just three doors down. All wonderful Met another nice group doing the same route
