We spent 4 days with our dog in this nice hotel. Rooms are simple but very well cleaned and functional. The staff is super nice and really take care of you for everything you need. The food is delicious, for sure we reccomend this hotel.
The rooms are spacious and quiet, perfect after a day of traveling. The family who owns and run the hotel is always welcoming and careful at customer needs! We stop here everytime we travel through Europe, it's a must!
As a family we have been coming to the Hotel Schuster for about 15 years for skiing trips. The hotel owners Gerold and Helga Plank have always gone out of their way to make our trip memorable and comfortable. This last trip was no exception. If you want an amazing value family skiing holiday in the South Tyrol then this is the place. Keep up the good work Family Plank.
I stayed for one night before getting the train over the Brenner Pass the next morning. The hotel was very convenient for the station and buses. The bed was very comfortable, both the room and the bathroom were clean. It was quiet and I slept well. There was a good choice for dinner and I had very tasty venison with a good local red wine. I'd stay again.
Home from home. This hotel was recommended by friends who have been staying there each year for the last 10 years with varying ages of kids. Easy car drive from Innsbruck airport, ski hire is a few doors away and 3 lovely ski resorts just a few miles away.Very friendly and food was great- met the approval of ravenous skiers! Nice massage too from owner's sister Girda. Nice choice of wines and kids loved the hot chocolate and ice creams....we would like to return in the Summer for hill walking too....
We stayed at Schuster for the second time, and it's just all we need for a skiing holiday. Nice and tidy rooms, friendly staff, good food. At night a drink in the bar in the company of Gerold. Thanks again for a lovely holiday.
