We have been wery happy with the stay. Ideal for children, nice wellness for adults, and perfect place in High Tatras. The staff was wery nice to us and helped us with every thing we wanted, also with prolonging our stay even when the hotel was almost full. Good price for the stay is also an argument.

Nice four days at hotel with very good meal, wellness and view High Tatras. Wellness have four saunas , two jacuzzi and relaxing salt cave. Because wellness is not a big place you have to book day before, what is not problem, relaxing salt cave with free entry . Breakfast was with a big variety serve in the form of Swedish tables, dinner was served without possibility to choose , but very good.Because this hotel is placed close to center of High Tatras you have a lot of possibilities for tourismus or relaxing walking.

We have spent weekend in hotel Lesana. I am surprised, but positively. Great position, spectacular view from our room. Clean, newly renovated rooms, could be little big bigger.Hairdryer poor quality, you can hardly to dry your hair. They should change it.
Great facilities for kids, big indoor playgroung, our kids had fun there.
New welness with saunas, two whirlpools and one exterior pool with warm salty water. Just have to point that the water in whirlpools was too hot. It is no need to be so hot. We have bought voucher with halfbord. Large choice at breakfast, plenty of food, you will choose what you need.
The dinner in the first evening was tasty, we had goulash, but the portions could be a bit bigger. But next day it was much better.
In the bar they dindt have any whiskey, nevertheless in the beverage menu they offer it.
We really enjoyed the stay there. Kids were happy, they could play hours in the indoor place. We spent great weekend and for the price with that view.. Just perfect! Thanks Lesana :)

After a while we’re back in high tatras in a small familiar hotel in the middle of beautiful mountain nature.

This hotel is unique due to its orientation for children with great indoor playground, chill out zone and also outdoor kids zone. Really interesting is also the hotel own salty cave with relaxing music and great salty air for respiration rehabs.

The views from the hotel bar right onto the awesome scenery of highest Tatran peaks will stay in your mind for a while.

Plus with the car its always close to all of the other Tatran attractions, cableways or moutain lakes.

Since October the hotel rooms will be renovated and then this will be really the place to be no matter if winter or summer.

Check it out on your own.

All customers and manager is polite. Breakfast is perfect, you can expect many options.
Our room was bigger than we expected and everything was clean. Only wifi does not work very well, when many people are connected. Wellness and Salt cave is new and really nice place for relax. There should be more deckchairs, now they have only 4 deckchairs next to Jacuzzi, but I am pretty sure, that there is a place for 7(at least) and it is really needed.

The hotel underwent a major reconstruction, however its not quite finished. So don't go by the pictures in the brochure. Even management need to get up to speed. Could not believe it, that they run out of beer. The General manager thought one barrel (50Litre) would be enough for a hundred guests over the weekend.

To where its not finished, the rooms mainly, don't expect to find any hangers to hang your coat or backpack etc on. The wardrobes are nice built in but for a 2 metre high wardrobe, there is literally two shelves. One 30 cm off the floor and the other 1 1/2 metres high and in between nothing. Thus if you have a lot of belongings with you as a family, you may as well use the floor as you have no where else. Outside the balconies still didn't have the wooden dividers between rooms. Thus you could walk up and down the whole length of the floor and look into other peoples rooms, if you so wished.

The hotel staff in general were friendly and helpful.

The outside children's play area is a disaster. The football area is a car park.

Wifi don't bother to try and connect. Again speaking to the GM and she said for the whole hotel they have a 6 Mbps connection. Which is pathetic for over a 100 guests. May as well go back to the days of dial up.

The sauna a hot tub area was great but should of been made for a higher capacity, they will allow 16 people in at a time. Make sure to book your spot in the morning otherwise you shall have to wait till next day.

The food was good.

In general for the price vs quality is average. You can see that the building is a refitted old communist concrete tower block, once your there. Paper walls so you hear everything in your room. The new carpet in the main entrance may be nice but does not hide the buildings true character. As a place just to rest your head from a days adventure ok, but not a place to stay and relax all day.

We go to hotels outside SK, but it can't be compared to this one. The services here are poor, immediately at the reception, the problem is that they don't have a baby cot for a 2-year-old child, we have to carry it since they don't have any more cots until after I said that we would write a review and that outside of SK it wouldn't happen in a family hotel 10 min cot could be found. The room was small, poor cleanliness, hair from previous guests on the carpet. Towels are not changed even on the floor in the bath. Children's corner ok, but animations 0 points, short, Skye comes for 5 minutes to take a picture and that's the program, another program 15 minutes. Weak, we go to Austria for a better price and it is incomparable. We will definitely not come again, nor do we recommend it.
Wellness for adults, weak for children. The diet is very poor, breakfast lacks yogurt, fruit, vegetables, there is no choice of food. A rather dry breakfast. Dinner is also not much to choose from, but the cabbage salad was enough for me. A family hotel should have higher and better services for that price.
