Wonderful family run guesthouse in a beautiful setting. Stayed for four nights and could have stayed much longer if time had allowed. A very warm welcome, lovely and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast - something for everyone! We ate in the restaurant 3 nights out of 4 - would have been 4 nights but the family had a well deserved "rest...

Very nice place to stay on. Our room was big and clean and has a bathroom that must been newley rebuilt. The restaurant has table both inside and outside and everything we eat taste very nice: dinner, breakfast and the lunch we bring with us. The service was excellent and "not to much". I will recommend this place if you...

Stayed one night on the way to southern Bavaria. Overall pretty good and good value for money. The only point worth knowing is that it is on a busy road although this was mainly during early evening. Very pleasant family hotel with very good food. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay there again.

We went there with friends (4 rooms in total).and stayed there for 3 nights . Although the wether was not perfect we all appreciated the kind reception, the cleanness of the rooms and the quality of the food. On top of this the price is more than affordable. I strongly recommend this place if you want to discover the black forest...

We stayed one night at Gasthaus Rebstock as we wanted to enjoy an evening in the midst of the Black Forest. It turned out to be the best accommodation we had for our German travels (approx 3 weeks). The family Heitzmann were more than accommodating and we felt extremely welcome. After reading the other tripadvisor reviews, we decided to eat...

First, for the Americans, a couple of disclaimers... The towels are air-dried and so a little stiff, there is no wireless internet, and there is no air conditioning. So, why did I give this place top marks despite those two facts? I stayed in 6 different hotels on my trip and this one way the best experience of all. The...

Went with four friends and we all think that this was a wonderful gasthaus. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The standard of accommodation was one of the best I've stayed in throughout europe. The restaurant provided food of the highest quality at dinner and the breakfast was comprehensive; the only problem some of my friends had was when...

After an 'interesting' drive, down the '500' Schwartzwaldhochstrasse, from Baden-Baden, through heavy rain and 10m visibilty; three car-loads of us, descended on the Rebstock, at about 16:30, ready for a bit of R&R. We were not disappointed, in any way. From arrival to departure we could not have been looked after, better. Onsite free parking is provided. On entering the...
