Kallepia is easy to find following google maps, a 30 minute drive from the airport. A car is definitely necessary as it is a very quiet traditional village up a mountain which is mainly residential. There is one taverna serving traditional foods and one taverna which does meals and snacks (toasties, omelettes, chips etc) both very reasonably priced and a 10 minute walk down from the houses. Nearest shop we found was a good 10-15 minute drive back down the mountain. There is one 2 storey 2 bed house and 2 one bedroom houses set around the pool, then outside and across the small road down some steps is another 2 two bedroom houses set in there own gardens, these in my opinion were not as good as the ones around the pool and I don't think they are used as often. We stayed in number 2 and was a little disappointed that it was not as nice as the others and felt it needed a thorough clean and revamp (out of the five, this one didn't have a fridge freezer only an under counter fridge with an ice box) also the canopy over the four poster bed was full of dead flies and moths and we had an encounter with a rather large black spider one night. Saving grace was the the bathroom which was very modern. Our friends next door, in house number 1, had to buy mousetraps, if you don't mind living with nature you wont mind it here. Also the residential cat brought us two dead rats, that we had to dispose of. All houses have a weekly change of towels and bedding, and all rooms have air con. Owners mother came nearly every day to empty the dust bins, sweep up and water the plants and she was lovely, she spoke very good English and was very helpful. If you are staying here Id recommend asking for the pool houses otherwise you may feel a little like your intruding on the ones around the pool if you don't know the people in them. All in all I personally wouldn't stay here again but that's because it was a little too traditional and far out of things for my liking.

We had a great time relaxing beside the pool in the well cared-for gardens of this village house, enjoying the generous hospitality of Demetra. The house has all you would need. A good location at the edge of the village and not far from Paphos and other attractions.

Our flight was delayed and we drove here in the dark, but the directions were good and the satnav helped. We arrived at 2 in the morning... quiet sleepy village, into the courtyard and passed the pool area to the cottages the key in the door and the outside lights all left on for us. Well equipped holiday let, our host had left bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit bowl, milk, eggs, Nescafé everything was very clean. Only 3 cottages around the pool and plenty of chairs, tables loungers etc. The pool was amazing and we had the place to ourselves most of the time, as the pool is just at your front door you can literally walk out and walk in to the water.... cool and inviting on a hot day. 20 mins into Paphos and 30 mins from the airport. Unless you are really going to go off the beaten track don't let the car rental people up sell you to a 4x4 we had a basic car and it was fine. Great supermarket with a butcher and fresh fruit 5 minutes down the road, great BarBQ on site and plenty of room to sit in the evening alone or with your neighbours. It was so relaxing we didn't want to go out, but we did. Nice if your the driver to eat on the terrace and have a drink of the local wine which is excellent. We would definitely recommend this place if you want to chill and relax.

We spent 2 lazy weeks here. Place is perfect for children. We kept them on eye while swimming, sitting in pleasant shade. Owners are very warm and more than helpful. Car is necessary. 2 tavernas within walking distance, other attractions only with the car.

We stayed there with my family for 3 days during last month. The house was clean and cozy and in very good condition. The place and the location is ideal for someone to spend some relaxing time away from crowed places. The owner was also very responsive and helpful. Very satisfied!

We live in Limassol just 80 km from Kallepia, and this was our first holiday on the Island: normally we have gone to the UK. Kallepia is a small village about 15km from Pafos, mostly consisting of traditional buildings. The village is well situated for visiting either Pafos or the Akamas Region, as well as the western Troodos and Pafos Forest areas. The village has two Tavernas in the centre, one of which we visited twice, To Kontikos , run by Christakis, a charming man who made us most welcome, and which is well worth a visit. To Agrotiko consists of two blocks, one of two apartments and one of three , with a communal pool, separated by a road. We had a two bedroom apartment in the block of three, near the pool. It was a traditional two storey building with an open plan down stairs, and the bedrooms upstairs. The building had been renovated to provide a modern interior, and was simply but comprehensively furnished and equipped with all one could reasonably need for even a quite long stay, including washing machine, which we used a lot. Mrs Demetra is a charming lady who made us most welcome. I can thoroughly recommend To Agrotiko.
