So pleased that we decided to go to the west coast for our first visit to this beautiful island and equally pleased with our decision to stay here. The bungalows are a perfect solution for those who want to be able to self cater for some of the time. We cooked breakfast every morning and ate out for our other meals. Highly recommend 'Just Grillin'in Holtown which is only a 10 minute walk away and serves great food for half the price of some of the variable quality and more upmarket beachside restaurants. You may have to wait for a table sometimes but it's well worth it.

The All seasons deluxe bungalows have well equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with a fantastic shower. The recepionists are polite and helpful and a special mention for the housekeeping and maintenance staff who do a fantastic job. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a credit to their employers and to Barbados for helping to leave such pleasant memories for first time visitors like us. Considering the relatively high prices on this island, this place was great value for money. Its location in such a pleasent residential area but within easy walking distance to shops and beaches makes it a top choice for anyone wanting to explore the caribbean coastline on a budget.

The only slight criticisms or improvement suggestions would be to upgrade the wifi strength so that it can be used inside the bungalows and to cancel the additional charge for using the room safe. Some more comfortable sunbeds would also be welcomed.

We enjoyed a relaxing 2 weeks in January here, the location is in a quiet residential area so if you are looking for late night music etc this is probably not the place for you.
If you want a quiet relaxing time in a not overcrowded environment then you won't go far wrong. We stayed in no. 21 just away from the pool, the property has plenty of storage space, a very good shower, huge bed, comfortable lounge dining area, functional kitchen area with enough utensils to cook most things and a fridge/freezer, there is a nice terrace area to the front. We used the air con on the first night but after that didn't bother, the room was warm but comfortable. We used a plug in mosquitoe repellent and also bought some citronella from the health shop around the corner which we mixed with after sun, this did the trick. There are several lovely beaches within a 10-15 minute walk. The pool at the hotel is excellent, very clean and was never crowded, there were also sun beds around and thankfully without people putting towels on them at 4 in the morning to reserve them! The Indian restuarant is well worth a visit, the food is of an excellent quality and well worth the cost. We found several local restaurants that also served good food, Just Grillin' is good value and a short walk away.
We also went to Oistins which the lady at reception organised for us, this is an experience worth checking out, lively and very plentiful local seafood.
The real jewel in the crown of this hotel is the staff, everyone who we spoke to was friendly and helpful, they work hard to keep the place clean and tidy but always find time to have a chat. It isn't a 5 star hotel but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff however are 5 star. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

We just spent a week here. Upon arrival we greeted by a young receptionist who seemed nice but she was the only one that was. The other ladies were really quite rude when asking about anything , they just didn’t come across very friendly . We stayed in a standard room , it was basic and clean . The AC only works with your key which you couldn’t leave in as you were only given one so the rooms were very hot when you got back from a day on the beach. You had to pay extra for the safe which we found bizarre, you would have thought it would come with the room. We had a day without water and was supplied with a bucket of water but no note on our return to tell us this, the cleaners never cleared it away or attempted to clean the loo after stale water was sat there. A bit more attention would have been good . The facilities were fine with a small basic gym , poolside was nice but the beds were chained so you couldn’t move them as they are under canopies. We didn’t eat there so couldn’t comment . Location was good for Holetown and walking distance but you are situated in a residential area with barking dogs around you. Overall if you are looking for cheaper accommodation I would recommend All Seasons but I think I would pay a bit more for the upgrade. Would I stay here again probably not

We arrived a week before Christmas and were taken to our room which was with pool view it was one of the 4 rooms not yet updated. It was dark and very dated and tired looking. We spoke to reception about moving to one of the updated (deluxe) rooms which we did the next day after paying extra but it was well worth it. The new rooms are light have new windows and doors and lovely new bathrooms and open plan new kitchens. The whole place is clean and tidy the staff are excellent especially Aldi he does the garden and pool amongst other things and is always ready with a smile and a wave. Jabar the barman is a fountain of knowledge and very friendly. The beds around the pool are chained up and unfortunately most are not in the sun till late afternoon and you can't move them. They could also make much more use of the restaurant it's an Indian restaurant but I'm sure it would get far more customers with a more varied food choice nobody want to eat curry everyday ! Luckily there is an abundance of bars and restaurants in holestown which is about 10-12 minute walk away this is also where the beach is. This is a good value resort considering its location I would definitely go back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have this time because it isn’t a straight forward place to book due to their uninformative web site and the wide variation of reviews they have received.
We had booked the All Seasons because we had no luck booking our usual 5 star all-inclusive hotel near Holetown, as it was a last minute decision by us. It was with great trepidation that we booked a 3 week stay with them even after reading the reviews and decided we would just have to put up with it for the sake of a break and the sunshine.
After landing, we asked the taxi driver to stop off at a supermarket to buy a small amount of provisions before arrival at the resort as there is nothing in the room upon arrival. I urge everyone to do this.
We had deliberately booked one of the recently renovated rooms called a deluxe room and we were instantly cheered by it. It was indeed basic, but very clean and very large with a separate bedroom with en suite, lounge/diner and patio. The bedroom was air conditioned and the kitchen contained everything you could want if you ate in. It was also extremely quiet and peaceful and all of the staff were helpful and approachable.
We purchased the Sun Crest discount card which gave admittance to the pool and sun loungers at the Beach House, a 12 minute walk away and swam in the sea off a very clean little beach 50m from the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. I have to add that nowhere seemed to give any discount though!
To sum up, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and it is certainly good value for the money. To further assist those considering making a booking, I have condensed all my thoughts into the following pro’s and con’s.
Pro’s
Basic, clean and roomy
Quiet
Lots of wardrobe space
Any maintenance call made is dealt with promptly
Housekeeping is thorough and efficient
No mosquitoes at all, although there are fly screens on all the windows in case
One 240 volt socket and many 110 volt sockets
Troupes of monkeys outside our room every 2 or 3 mornings
Clean swimming pool

Con’s
Tired décor
Security is lax. There is no fencing around the resort and we were irritated by local neighbours wondering in and out.
There is a room safe, but it is chargeable which is astonishing in this day and age.
Internet is useable, but slow.
The shower is adequate, but the flow is little more than a fast dribble. As a result, soap suds are not washed away quickly and the shower floor becomes extremely slippery, so be careful.
We did not like the on-site Indian restaurant
Air conditioner is positioned above the bed, which is not ideal

With this resort it has to be kept in mind its 3 star in an exclusive area. I did have a few worries based on some trip advisor reviews however these were largely unfounded.
All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the standard suites across the road from the main resort which wasn't a problem as our apartment was literally across the road.
The apartments are spacious with a main room, kitchen, bedroom and shower with a small balcony at the entrance.
I would not say apartment was dirty but they were tired and could probably do with an update however this was not an issue. The kitchen had an oven with hob, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The kitchen utensils were limited with no cooking tray we had to use a plate. However we managed to cook when needed.
The TV was not great quality with a few American channels. Wifi is advertised as in public areas which is surprising in 2022 i would think the vast majority of places now have internet and i would suggest this is an area of improvement they could make. That said as we were close to the main resort we did get wifi although there were frequent drop outs.
The pool area was nice and we used the facilities a number of times.
There is a free card you can use to gain access to the beach house about a 10 min walk away. We got the card but did not use this but its an option for people who prefer the beach area.
Barbados and Holetown is very expensive the local supermarket Massys would make M&S Foodstore look like a no frills supermarket.
We had the privilege of monkeys passing our room some mornings which was lovely to see so make sure you have some bananas although make sure they do not get in the room.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again.

So we visited All Seasons 15 years ago and came as a touring cricket team. We decided to come to Barbados to watch the 2nd test this year with friends, they decided to stay on the South Coast but we decided West as calmer sea. Reviews on All Seasons were very mixed but we came and here is our experience. Smooth and quick through security at the airport, luggage was a while but 3 huge aeroplanes 1 tiny airport equals a wait but hey we were here. We prebooked a hire car and set off for all seasons. We arrived with ease( it was Sunday) check in was smooth friendly and professional we were given rum punch and showed to our room -a deluxe room by the pool.
Room was an understatement we had a large living/ diner with kitchen toaster kettle fridge( important for storing rum punch and banks beer) oven microwave and various pots and pans. The bedroom was huge ( handle was on upside down which made us smile ) with a super king bed planty of wardrobe space and a safe. Bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower hairdryer and storage cupboard. Outside we had a patio with tables chairs and a sunlounger. All pristine. We settled in. The resort is lovely quiet green and friendly ( if you want discos and noise then this is perhaps not for you although the buses ran frequently to Bridgetown snd beyond. We toured the island with our car, used taxis for the 3 days we attended cricket all arranged through reception. The bar staff were happy to make any drink if you have them the recipe I can recommend ( with caution as they are deliciously potent) the BBC Banana Baileys and cocanut.
Holetown is absolutely walkable to visit chattel village the breakfast there is amazing but be there before 8.30 it gets very busy. Massey is next door Zachios is fab surf side debatable buts just our experience. Holetown beach is calm and clear paynes beach is very near jump on a bus or go the other way to Gibbs bay, Mullins or spightstown . Can recommend fisherman’s pub and Bristol bar. All In all would I recommend this resort absolutely yes clean friendly good pool and loads of sun loungers with no one getting up early to reserve a bed, unlike our friends hotel down south.
A good clean base to explore beautiful beaches experience the nightlife ( Harbour lights dinner show is outstanding value. If you hire a car bring your satnav lol there is a definite lack of signage. A fabulous resort fab holiday. This is a great place to stay. So I’ll sign off from my sunbed and grab a BBC.

We had been in two minds about booking here as the reviews were so mixed. But we are so glad we did. We were in one of the un refurbished pool view units and it was absolutely fine. Spotlessly clean, linen and towels changed regularly, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, television. Beach towels are also supplied free of charge. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but we never cooked. The units are extremely spacious, with a small patio and sun loungers on the garden. There is a lovely pool with loungers but I preferred to sunbathe in front of our villa.
Without exception, every member of staff that we encountered was, charming, friendly and helpful. The cleaners were great fun, and we enjoyed our little chats with them everyday, the receptionists were all very cheerful and polite and very happy to assist in anyway.
The West coast is expensive, and this is a very reasonable place to stay. Whilst the non refurbished accommodation is a little tired, it’s still very clean and comfortable We very much enjoyed our visit here.

When we arrived on the Island of Barbados in late December / 2020, we booked a 3 night stay at the All Seasons Resort as our mandatory quarantine location. The Resort is very nice, well maintained and with a very good atmosphere. The rooms are ample size as we booked a deluxe room with a small kitchenette. During the quarantine, other than going out for our COVID-19 test, we were not allowed to leave our room due to government regulations. We therefore did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool, the other recreation facilities or dine in restaurant. The food was delivered to our room, as ordered from the menu and the food and service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. All around an excellent stay, even though only for 3 nights. Would highly recommend the All Seasons Resort.

A wonderful stay within walking distance of Holetown and the nearest beach (beach shuttle is available if required). It was good to have that little distance; regular bus service closeby. The site is spacious with a particularly attractive pool and sunbed area and gorgeous well-tended gardens. Although we had a self-catering option there is a restaurant on site offering dinner and brunch. The weekly BBQ is good value. Every member of staff is most helpful and friendly whilst always observing great professionalism. We were very comfortable in our standard suite which offered roomy accommodation inside and out with a well equipped kitchen and large shower. We acknowledge that there is a programme of ongoing room updates. The updated rooms are lovely but nothing detracted from the enjoyment of our holiday in the room we booked. The size of the complex creates an environment where guests feel safe and part of the whole experience. There is a majority of returners to All Seasons and we hope to join that group,

The bedrooms are pretty large. There is room for maybe an additional twin bed (not sure if they provide this) in the room. The sofa in the living room is comfortable to sit on and maybe nap, but not sure if it would be great for a full night's sleep.

Hi... yes... I believe they do. The air conditioner is controlled by your room key and you control its flow.
