Sea Breeze Beach House is often celebrated for its impeccable cleanliness and vibrant entertainment options that contribute to a relaxing atmosphere, although there's room for enhancing the vibe. While the service is generally commended for being friendly and professional, some guests have encountered slow service. Its enviable location close to the beach and local attractions is highly regarded.
Opinions on value vary, with discrepancies regarding pricing and the quality of amenities and services. The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront and diverse dining, yet some feel the rooms and amenities could benefit from updates and more efficient maintenance.

This was our first stay we had a great two weeks fantastic location on a white sandy beach which was clean & safe for swimming. All the staff are so friendly & go the extra mile with a smile.Food was mostly served at your table had two evenings where there buffet style dinner it was great to be waited on,our only criticism would be that the food was not always served hot lukewarm at best but good & varied. Hotel was kept very clean, walked down to Oistins see the turtles swimming by the pier then had a fish supper & entertainment all very safe walking around.we had a tour of the island done by a very professional guy called Paul Payne 1st-impressions highly recommended.special mention to Chester OscarAchman & Ramal taking drinks orders on & around the beach & bars.over all we loved sea breeze you can see why they have so many repeat customers

Our perfect vacation was our mind blowing staycation!
The year 2020 has been the year of unexpected circumstances. Like many people, my wife and I planned our year including where we would vacation and which hotels we would stay in abroad. Due to Covid-19, that was not possible. What we presumed to be the second option instead was the best decision we could have made in the beginning! Sea Breeze's staycation experience was astounding.
The moment we walked in the staff was pleasant, polite and inviting. The hotel was aesthetically glorious. Clean, beautiful premises hugged by the white sandy torquoise beach.
Our room was extravagant, we wish we could take the bed with us! The bedroom and bathroom felt luxurious, the linings were super comfortable and the view from the room was breathtaking.
It is simply impossible to get hungry! We felt like we were encouraged eat and to have endless cocktails, wines and different beverages as we desired. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner were always different creative and delicious. Shamelessly, even after leaving, we found ourselves checking what was being served. Seriously, the food was great and they were accommodative of dietary modifications and had multiple options. So no matter if we were feeling to have something light, heavy or healthy it was always available.
We had loads of fun at Sea Breeze. Whether it was enjoying karaoke, fun times at the bar or lounging by the pool. Our most memorable experiences were kayaking, sail boating and just enjoying ourselves having a drink under the umbrellas watching the the beautiful waves in the sunset.Time seemed to slow down just so we can enjoy more of our day.
Even in the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic Sea Breeze hotel was always upfront and honest about the status and protocols of their hotel, staff, and guests. I always felt assured that all was being done to keep everyone in the hotel safe. There was evidence of constant daily sanitisation in common areas and even our room was impressively sanitized before arrival.
Before we left we were already discussing our future stay at this amazing hotel. So much so we are extended our stay, we simply did not want to leave!
Sea Breeze Hotel has simply became our favourite place to be in Barbados! We still talk about the memories we had every single day. We can't wait to visit again!

Dear Tramaine Worrell, Thank you for your wonderful feedback and for choosing to stay at our Beach House. We have had many comments from past guests about looking up our daily menus to see what is being served; we encourage such behavior so don't be shy about it! Have a look and plan on returning, or just let us know if you want to pop in for a meal at anytime. You are always welcome. You are family! Regards. Leroy

We had a fantastic time at this relaxed and friendly resort. The location, only 20 minutes from the airport makes it very accessible, as well as being a ten minute walk into Oistins for the Friday Fish Fry. Make sure you visit Oistins for the vibrancy and fresh fish once during your stay.
The hotel has three pools, one adults only, but that doesn't make this hotel not family friendly. The hotel is spread out over a wide beach front, with two more family pools at the Eastern aspect. The pools are all a hop over to the sandy beach, and although the hotel is on the South Coast of the Island the sea was not too rough. The waves provide enough of a swell to make body surfing fun but not dangerous, and kids are frequently jumping into the surf. Another feature is the moored pontoon about 25 metres out, and frequent swimming visits help you cool off, while giving a great view of this stand alone resort.
There are enough restaurants to give enough choice and not be tired of the menu after two weeks- although we had ten nights I could have easily eaten there for another few evenings and still enjoyed the varied cuisine.
There are so many bars and if you let them, the staff will keep the drinks flowing all day. The drinks are not limited to local brands, but you can't go wrong with a Banks and a Mount Gay Rum anyhow.
Finally the staff, whether on the front desk, bars, restaurants, room appearance or sports staff they are all about the friendliest I have experienced. They simply could not do enough for you. During our stay there were VIP guests who occupied certain parts of the hotel, but you would never have noticed, this did not detract from any service during their stay.
Highly recommended

We did 2 weeks at the beginning of December, room lovely, weather great, but disappointed with the rest of it.
Breakfasts were not great unless you want a full English, sugar packed cereals or pancakes. There was nothing healthy and it was the same every day. There were cubes of melon and over ripe bananas but that was about it if you wanted something helthy. Lunchtimes were either something fried from the snack bar or buffet style which wasn't great. The salads really did not look fresh. The only good mealtimes were the A La Carte restaurants in the evening. Food here was very good, limited choice but very good. There are 3 restaurants but only 2 opened each evening. You have to book in the morning before 10am after viewing the menu's. Most evenings we were able to book our restaurant of choice but in the second week when it was busy with families it wasn't so easy.
Service was generally good but there was the odd occasion where we had to wait up to 30 minutes between courses.
Room was lovely though there was a dividing locked door between us and the room next door and it was like sharing a room with strangers, we could hear every conversation. Nice room though and cleaned well most days.
The cleaners always had a smile and a hello as did most of the waiting on staff in the restaurants. The upstairs bar staff could do with a lesson in customer service and manners though.
The hotel is clean as are the outside areas and beach area though the sea is rough and not really suitable for small children.
If you like a nice cold beer forget it. It's local draft lager served in plastic glasses during the day so as soon as the beer hits the glass it goes flat. Not much better out of a real glass in the evening either. No choice of premium lager other than the occasional small can of Heineken. White Sauvignon was ok though.
The Seabreeze is just nice, not great but we will never go back to Barbados due to the cost of the holiday and the lack of choice. It's not worth the money, there are other places to go in the same area that are a lot cheaper and have a lot more to offer. Oh, and then there was the additional invoice for 300 dollars pushed under the door the evening before we were leaving which is for the additional room levy tax. I was very disappointed with Barbados and left puzzled as to why people rave about it. Won't be returning..

We enjoyed everything about Sea Breeze except for the staff. The beach is lovely, resort clean, food is good with a varied choice. Location was a short taxi ride from Oistins which is a must on a Friday evening for the famous fish fry. Room was nice and spacious with a great view of the sea. Our only disappointment was the staff. Anything you ask for they make you feel as if you are asking them to go out of their way - even if you ask the bar tender for a drink. No service with a smile throughout our 10 night stay and we found that some staff were rude to us on a few occasions. We just got the feeling that the staff didn't want to be there at all, let alone serve anyone. (which many other guests agreed with) Aside from the staff we made the most of the beach, pool and you can also hire a taxi at an hourly rate to give you a tour of the island if you wish. Overall a nice resort but if friendly service and staff with a smile are important to you then I'd recommend looking at other resorts.

I never like to review a place on bad terms but for the price we have paid I feel strongly that others who want a holiday of a lifetime need to be aware.
The hotel itself is beautiful, really clean and looked after... however that’s about where it stops! The staff at this place are what really let it down!! No body wants to really help! We had/have no idea where anything is, what it is we are supposed to do in order to get served but it certainly isn’t just que and wait your turn like you would expect!
What they fail to tell you is you have to book every day for evening meal times and the other times just hope you get a table ( don’t forget to voice that that’s what you want). There is no map of where things are so take a good day or two to get your bearings as there is 4 separate buildings to the hotel!
We came for new year and they pulled out a lot of stops to make it special but for us they failed to actually understand once you ate you needed somewhere to sit... this led us to just going to our room and sitting there as all other seating areas were taken for the meal you had 2 set times for (go for the later one).
I would definitely not pay the price for the service again which is really disappointing as it was a holiday we thought we would never be able to have in life! Specially after my husband had a stroke we wanted to relax and enjoy what time we have with our kids!
Oh and also the kids get a private menu you can order from (if their fussy eaters like mine) however you are not told this I only found out from watching someone else do it!
Anyway good luck with what you decide I hope if you go you find it better.

Overall, this was a very good hotel with just a few small issues.
The hotel is right on a beautiful beach that is kept clean. Seaweed washed up one day but the next a digger appeared and cleared it all.
The room was really lovely. We only had a standard room in the old building and this was far nicer than I was expecting. The room was clean, bright and fresh and looked recently decorated. We had a view of the pool and beach. There was a huge bed which was the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in! The air conditioning working well and the room was cool at all times.
The grounds of the hotel are very well maintained with lots of lovely flowers.
The food was generally good, however I had some issues as they didn’t really cater to vegetarians. The al la carte restaurants only offer one vegetarian dish per night. They have 3 in total which they alternate throughout the week which meant it became repetitive. The buffet in Mahogany usually had no main dish that was vegetarian and there were a lot of meals that I ate bread rolls and potatoes! My partner however loved almost all the food he tried.
The adults area of the hotel is really nice, it has its own pool and the sun beds are huge and very comfy. There’s waiter service all day there and it’s the perfect place to relax. The staff are rubbish at keeping it adults only though as most days there were kids and teenagers in the pool and it would have been nice if this was enforced.
The main criticism of the hotel though is that the staff give you very little information. We found out most things from chatting to other guests and this was a common complaint with people. Things like being told you can prebook the restaurants two days in advance or that the beach bar does food for example would have been useful to know at the start!

I highly recommend Sea Breeze Beach House Hotel to everyone looking to stay for vacation, a day pass, you name it, with great prices for the purpose of stay or activity.( you get your monies worth). I went to celebrate my mother's birthday and let me tell you, she is telling everyone about her great experience. The staff where friendly and willing to help with any query. The view is very beautiful on the compound and clean, access to the lovely beach and any pool of your choice. My room was clean and smelt fresh, the bathrooms was also clean and smelt fresh (also the bathrooms on the compound). The food and beverages offered at the hotel was extremely tasty. My first time on the Hobie Cat (boat) was very nice even the sailor was nice, and his instructions on how to get on the boat was clear and understanding (he got you covered). I honestly enjoyed every moment at Sea Breeze Beach Hotel and I am looking to continue doing business with them, even when my day cation was not over I was continuously telling my mum that I am surely coming back.
Also great areas within the compound of the hotel to take pictures.
Very Awesome Experience
Although face mask must to be worn in public areas and social distancing during this COVID time the experience is tremendously great and all areas are sanitizes also.
This hotel has your best at heart .

Well it’s been a minute since I went on holiday! But what a way to return to travel!
Myself and my friend booked our trip to Barbados at the start of 2021, hoping to enjoy the start of 2022 with some sunshine.
We arrived on New Years Eve at The Sea Breeze Beach House and from the moment we checked in we knew we had made the right choice! The location is perfect, sitting on the most gorgeous beach with plenty of sun loungers and waiter service for drinks.
There are 3 pools to choose from, the adults only was our fave for the obvious reason, but also because the sun beds were amazing - huge with thick mattresses. Plus it was next door to The Rum Shack which meant we got delivered fabulous cocktails by the wonderful staff all day from 10am. And the staff throughout the hotel were all great! Nothing was too much trouble, from the chap looking after the pool to the front office team we were greeted with smiles from everyone. The food was plentiful, whether it was the buffet breakfast, lunch or a la carte dinners. We had a twin room with 2 queen size beds which were so comfortable it was like sleeping at home. Lots of storage space and a good size balcony and even though we did not book a sea view room, we were delighted to discover that we could see the ocean, albeit not face on, from the balcony which was a real bonus.
In terms of Covid, The Sea Breeze Beach cannot be faulted. With hand sanitizer everywhere and masks required all the time except when sat at a table, by the pool or on the beach, we felt completely safe, like we were in a Sea Breeze bubble.
If I had to make one suggestion then it would be to have more large towels in the bathroom. For 2 women, showering every day and only one bath towel and a hand towel each it was hard work - but not the end of the world!
Otherwise The Sea Breeze is pretty much perfect and we are already planning our return in a couple of years!
The hotel is in lovely location on a white sandy beach by beautiful blue seas. The safety flag always showed yellow as there is a swell that makes the waves somewhat choppy. However lots of small children enjoyed the sea so relatively safe.
The accommodation was good v comfy bed indeed, v clean and tidy. The towels were somewhat small though, toweling robes would have been welcome. Toiletries provided though not brilliant quality (lots of product needed for each application). There was a coffee machine which dispensed v average coffee. Nespresso would be tons better. In fact the only decent coffee to be found was in the rum and coffee shack in the grounds.
The beachfront is about .18 mile in length so q a bit of walking up and down to do any distance. Beach get v crowded at times. Gym ok v small but well cooled to 16 degrees.
Internet good enough but q slow. A small library of books to borrow available.
Food: Personally I didn’t really enjoy the breakfasts. They did have a cooking station for eggs but other choices limited. Small range of pastries but no croissants. Precooked pancakes in a dish with maple syrup to accompany on offer but bananas not always available if you wanted them. Lunches were good particularly the club sandwiches and burgers to order. Dinners ok. Plenty of good drinking water and wines, spirits etc.
A range of activities on offer not at all well publicised. No guide to tv stations in the rooms where I guess there might have been info ? The tv screen at reception showed them all, discovered that late in the day.
Big tick for beach loungers which had fab large built in retractable sunshades so no faffing with parasol!! Swimming pools q small but adequate, all v clean.
Staff: a good percentage were lovely and friendly, equally the rest were somewhat surly. This has been mentioned in other posts (do management read them??). Better training needed to teach the importance of a smile and hello would be useful.! It shouldn’t be that by serving you they are doing you a favour......
Had a lovely holiday with mainly good weather. Barbados in February always a good thing although it was raining hard when we left.

I was not aware of any laundry facilities at the hotel. Normally in the room they would put a plastic bag and price list.
Hi
The restaurants (3) + 1 around the pool are very comfortable
They are all open to the elements on at least 1 side
Mahogany restaurant is A/c I cannot give an honest answer on the others but there is lovely breeze blowing thro. them.
Obviously we were there in Nov.
If you feel thisay be an issue a quick e mail to the hotel will solve your query.
It's a fabulous place to stay znd the food in the fine dining restaurants is outstanding .
Best wishes
Around the adult pool the beds have large umbrellas. On the beach the beds have their own canopies.
