Perfect staff and food, only the beds at the beach and swimming pool are not okay, you must put your towel before 7 oclock ,others there are no more free,no people on it but the towels are there, and the most of the time the peopke are not there, that is for us the only bad thing

Excellent service. The staff is kind and helpful. Great location for family holidays on the beach and for day trips to Mombasa. The hotel is clean and there are nice views towards the sea from just about anywhere! The food is also very good in the restaurant and bars.

One of the best hotels on the South Coast. Would definitely visit it again. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were neat and tidy though it would be good to have door in the shower to prevent water splasing out. A very lively hotel with excellent food. A seperate snack restaurant and entertainment for Paradise would be a good idea.

The hotel is located by a beautiful beach, the staff especially those at the pool bar were very friendly. Rooms are tidy, though a tad bit old but that did not change the experience at all! The food was always fresh and they always had a variety...kudos to the pastry chef! Evening hotel entertainment was enjoyed by all.. the only complaint, though not from me but from the little ones was that there were no kids channels on the TV! I would definitely make it an annual visit!

Unprofessional and dirty! we had a conference for 85 pax that we had booked 3 months in advance but when we arrived they informed us that they do not have a Conference room for us and would put us up in a tent. In that heat..... that was unacceptable. The 'manager' we spoke to on that day was not remorseful at all. We found an alternative property (Diani Reef) that accommodated our conference request yet the 'manager' had said there was nothing available in the area as he had already checked. Their food is bland and services terrible. Would not return nor recommend!

There's nothing paradise here! We had a big group and booked for conference too. We were told they would split the group as they had overbooked the rooms. We paid for a conference room but were given a tent next to the pool. A number of us had dirty linen. The beds smelled urine. Very filthy bedding. Customer service is zero! No value for money. If you decide to book this property please check your bedding otherwise you will regret your stay.

If you are booking a conference, you might be put in a tent - They take your booking and money, then tell you there was a mistake with overbooked. we had to look for alternative venue for our conference, with no help from Neptune- MOD seemed clueless and unhelpful at all. offered to entice management with upgrades at the expense of the group. Same case for accommodation. they seem to have no way of tracking booking and they cancelled a section of our teams due to overbookings. A number of our teams had really dirty linen in their rooms, mine was stuffy! The staff seemed overworked hence slow in providing solution if any. Be ware!

I loved the scenery and the room. However, on day 2, they spread my bed with bedding that had been urinated on. Can you imagine! Sheets, duvet, pillow cases all smelled of urine! A whole Neptune paradise? Not so paradise after all. The customer service was okay, just not top tier as I am used to. Do better Neptune! I enjoyed the snacks and all inclusive cocktails throughout the day. I don’t think I’ll return though if the services do not improve

Neptune is beautiful, the place is huuuge so you don't feel constrained, the pools are clean, awesome beach front and the staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are also great, they also offer inhouse services like snorkeling on request so don't go down to the beach boys to ask for the same services, I hey will just over charge you. Regards to a lady called Rehema, she was very welcoming . I am definitely visiting again soon.
