This was our first time at the Bacherhof and we had a mostly pleasant stay. The suite with a mountain view was very nice and clean, but I would have expected there to be cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc. in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although it would be nice if a fully automatic coffee machine were available, as the wait for the coffee to be brought to the table was sometimes a bit long. The snack in the afternoon was pleasant, there was soup every day, along with bread and cake/strudel. Here too it would have been nice if coffee had been included. The staff was nice, only the senior manager is a bit grumpy. In the evening there was a salad buffet and then you could choose from various dishes. Here they tried a little too hard to imitate a star cuisine, the main course wasn't always to our taste. The highlight was the cheese buffet, I think this takes place once a week. Anyone who loves cheese is in cheese heaven. What I found absolutely outrageous, however, was charging 30 euros per night for our 3kg non-shedding allergy dog. For nothing. I found that to be absolutely excessive and unjustified.

It was our first time at the Bacherhof and we quickly felt very comfortable. We traveled with 1 baby and 1 toddler and were a little intimidated at first because there were no other children in the hotel. From the very first second, everyone in this wonderful house was concerned that we and the children were doing well. Our children were allowed into the restaurant 30 minutes before mealtime so that they could go to bed on time and we as a couple could eat comfortably in the evening without stress. The baby food was prepared every evening on request, just like at home, and the children's food was always wonderful. Not to mention the evening menu, just great. The indoor and outdoor pools are great, surrounded by fascinating flowerbeds and an amazing herb bed. There is a lot of love in every corner here! We spent a wonderful week, really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the great atmosphere.

We had a great time! We came with my eldest daughter planning three days of skiing, leaving on Easter Sunday. We found a beautiful environment, which exceeded all expectations. It was like being in a fairy tale: everything was perfect from the spa, the rooms, the dining room (exceptional dinner, breakfast and snack when returning from the slopes). The shuttle service was also perfect (thanks Paul!), as was everything. Thanks again Patrizia, Tony and all the rest of the staff, we will certainly come back to visit you as soon as we have the chance!

We were in anticipation of the stay - our 4. Mal. Unfortunately, we experienced an impersonal atmosphere that we did not know so well. This at the end of the season would not have been a big flaw. However, what was really incredible - there was monotonous, hardly seasoned and bad food. Every hot meal required seasoning. That's how it tasted like salt and pepper. The cuisine we enjoyed in the past was excellent. Tasteful with great tender sauces - a pleasure , also in the look. It corresponded to the photos on the website. This year we couldn't believe what we were offered. For example, thin dry courgettes with three small slices of hard zucchini. A piece of octopus served on red cabbage without sauce. The salad buffet the same every day. Also the breakfast. It seemed as if it had to/wanted to be saved on all corners and nothing of creative, healthy and fresh cuisine was discernible. Pointed out to the boss gave a thank you, however, they would have gotten a lot of praise for the kitchen especially in 2024. (?) We were more than disappointed and looked forward to our gastronomy at home! We are very much considering whether we will recommend the Bachherhof after this disappointing stay or book again. There are certainly alternatives in the beautiful area. It pains to have experienced this beautiful family facility like this.

We stayed at the Bacherhof for the second time and were delighted again. For us, it is a top wellness hotel, where you can switch off, relax and enjoy yourself. A rich breakfast for a good start to the day, a snack in the afternoon and dinner in the evening make the stay an experience. Gottfried makes the best drinks at the bar. We have been here for several years and every time the stay is an experience. There is no lack of warmth, nor culinary highlights (don't understand some reviews here). The hotel is family friendly and everyone who works here is extremely friendly. The rooms top, the food excellent.
