Along a long dusty road you will find a turning to these prints. A guest house has been built next to it and someone from the farm will take $20 from each adult for entrance. Walking down the hill after 100m you find the small prints, which really are small, but nice. Another 300m further you will find the larger...

The tracks are really worth seeing & it's easy to find. But bewear of the owner he is one mean grumpy man!!! We paid for visiting & when we got back to our campervan the first thing we did was turn it on to get the AC running as it was 40C. We were sorting out the sat nav &...

Visiting the tracks was very interesting and that was the reason we stayed at the guestfarm. The price charged for the room and breakfast was very cheap, but so was the whole setup. No electricity during the day, no coffee/tea facilities, no change to keep drinks cool. As we wanted to stay for two days we arranged diner with the...

Not a comfortable place for creationalist. The prints are in a gently sloping sandstone surface. Like much of Namibia the site is empty, quiet, dusty and hot. It is about a 20 min easy and well indicated walk from where one can park. Camping is also an option.

The tracks were as described quite nice to visit, but... the worker who took the entry fee from us did not report to the dictator type farm owner. The owner then proceeded yeeling at us for 30 min accusing us of stealing/trespasing even we had payed the entry fee. Please avoid this venue as the owners are terrible and very...

We had the fortune of staying over for a night with the family. The accommodation is simple but comfortable, the food a treat and the tracks a glimpse into a bygone era. We even had lions roaring in the area which made it even more exciting.

We were looking for a guestfarm for a 1 night stopover halfway Kamanjab and Windhoek. We found Dinosaur's Tracks Guestfarm on the internet. The place exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and clean. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were more than delicious. Furthermore, the food was perfectly in conformity with our dietary requests, which is...

Camping at Dinosaurs Tracks was such a pleasurable experience. I was a little apprehensive when we arrived to find we were the only campers there. But Levi made sure we had plenty of hot water and Reinhold and Bella (His little dog) visited us every evening for a chat about where we had been and where we were going. We...

You will get a warm welcome from the friendly hosts Adele and Reinhold Strobel. Adele is a fantastic chef and spoiled us with an excellent dinner. The breakfast offered a huge variety including freshly baked buns, cold meats, cheese and much more. Reinhold is a competently guide and his knowledge about dinosaurs and history is amazing. We really enjoyed our...
