Very nice hotel, clean and in a fantastic location, quiet and convenient to lots of excursions. Convenient parking. The staff is very kind and available for any request. Exquisite food, original and well presented. Well-stocked bar area. The cake in the mid-afternoon is also welcome, it would be even better accompanied by a herbal tea or a jug of juice. Also interesting was the flyer that was on the restaurant tables with advice on what to do and the weather. Things to improve: The sauna area is very very small. There is no changing room and the flavored water and glasses, once finished, were not replenished. It would also be useful to be able to leave wet towels in a basket directly downstairs and be able to change them with clean ones to take to the room for the next day. Herbal teas would also be appreciated. The outdoor pool has a very pleasant temperature. We would like more places with hydromassage because there is only one. Maybe even a jet of water to massage your neck. The ideal would be to have a swimming pool for children and one for adults. Even in the restaurant area it would be nice if the smaller room was reserved for people without small children and the large one for families. This is because families are used to crying and shouting while those who don't have any would like to be able to talk and eat peacefully. I also recommend not charging for the jug of water. I recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to return soon! The Aurina Valley is beautiful

We stayed (my wife and I) in 'Hotel from June 30 to July 4, 2024. It 'was a wonderful experience; the hotel is located in a quiet location, away from traffic, but is served very well by buses; the room, a suite, was very large and beautiful (with 4 windows and a beautiful terrace) with two bathrooms, spotless burp; abundant breakfast and dinner, prepared with very good local products. The owners are very nice, attentive, considerate and helpful, as well as all the staff. We will definitely return.

Room, bathroom, additional services all perfect, excellent food and impeccably presented. The new rooms are beautiful with a bed under a floor-to-ceiling window, it feels like sleeping directly in the valley. If I can give some advice, review the games room and avoid charging €1.50 per liter for water in a carafe from the tap... at least it was added with carbon dioxide.

Truly surprising hotel, strategic location and rooms with mountain views, there are no words to describe both the spacious, extremely quiet and ultra-clean rooms equipped with every comfort. From the abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, freshly squeezed fruit and all manner of goodies, dinner begins with a buffet of always fresh and tasty vegetables and then continues with truly haute cuisine dishes, everything always tasty and perfect. Staff always very kind and ready to fulfill every wish. The owners and all the staff and chef truly deserve 5 stars. We had an exceptional and perfect holiday. Hotel ANABEL truly a wonderful surprise

We spent almost a week at this cozy hotel; the location is strategic, in the middle of the Valley close to the (efficient) bus station and to the cycling route; there are many parking slots.
We booked a newly refurbished AUE room, which was very comfortable (plenty of space and comfortable bed); both dinner and breakfast were of a high standard and finally, both SPA and pool were more than enough to relax after amazing trekking...
In few words, an extremely positive experience!! Congrats to the staff and the family for making our stay lovely.

We spent 10 days, my wife and I and my 19 year old son, in two very welcoming rooms, very clean and equipped with all comforts.
In particular, our double room in the new wing was truly super, with a magnificent view of the mountains and a small terrace with fantastic and comfortable wooden deckchairs.
The hotel offers its customers mountain bikes and offers daily excursions and trips (guided and unguided).
The heated outdoor swimming pool is fabulous even if used in common with the adjacent hotel.
Wellness area with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, infrared sauna and well-served relaxation area.
Breakfast and dinner were very abundant and varied and if you warn in advance, it is possible to have lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives.
A special thank you to the chef who managed to fulfill all our wishes.. Truly delicious..
Thanks also to the dining room staff and all the kind and helpful collaborators.
The guest card made available by the hotel for free use of all public transport and all museums is very convenient and useful.
Many thanks again, we had a really good time and will definitely be back!!

Hotel located in a nice location, away from the chaos. Beautiful heated outdoor pool with bathrobe and towel included in the price. Muscle bicycles available to guests while e-bikes are available for rental at a good price. The idea of serving the cake in the afternoon is good. Very kind and helpful owners. Advised.
