My partner and I spent four nights here and absolutely loved it. The rooms are beautiful and the view never gets old. The staff was very accommodating and made the stay even more memorable.
Location may be a bit far but we found the distance worth it to have the basically private beaches and quiet area. Would absolutely return again!
Breakfast was nice, portions a bit small (but it’s unlimited as you order) and eggs were often overdone but the variety was great. Great place for a relaxing holiday to enjoy the beach, cocktails, and free activities (kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and some exercise classes).

Just checked out of this stunning property and didn’t want to leave. We stayed in their Panoramic 2 bedroom pool villa and also in their Panoramic Duplex villa- this stay was probably top luxury for its value. Do not hesitate to book. The beach is calm and the sand is soft, it’s the perfect location to relax and unwind. It’s away from the party scene, but only a 50 minute ride if you really want to go to Patong. The airport is about 1 hour and the pier is about 30-40 minutes. Each day the staff brought treats to our room, restocked the mini bar with beer , soda, water, and snacks. We had complimentary breakfast each day and had the best cappuccinos .
The staff paid great attention to detail and great communication via WhatsApp prior to check in. We celebrated my birthday and it indeed was a happy one. Special mention to : Kimberly , Angie, Nanie, Darlene, Peet, and the man who worked in the evenings/night time (I can’t remember his name) thanks for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed for 6 nights at Bandara Villas as part of our silver wedding anniversary celebration and we absolutely loved it. The location (quiet beach), the room, the food, the activities and the staff!
Welcome drinks were served at check-in and there was a fruit tray waiting for us in the room.
We requested for an accommodation away from the funicular and public access and were were given a Panoramic Pool Villa room in a quiet corner which we really appreciated. 😊
We tried their floating dinner, did kayaking, SUP, pilates, aqua exercise, batik painting, plaster doll painting and Thai language lesson.
We booked for a romantic dinner on the beach and it was beautifully decorated. 💕
Special thanks to Jenny, always checking on us and assisted in booking our activities. To “S”, whom we spent a lot of time with doing the activities. To Nam, Pan, Sulma and Goft for serving us during the romantic dinner. To Taen, Plam and Sarm for breakfast and dinner at the Sumpao. We stayed in the panoramic duplex Pool Villa. The room, service amenities were all fantastic and can't recommend the staff highly enough. Everyone went well and truly over and above. Vegans are catered for in the menu with the chef making special dishes. The package we had from Luxury escapes included 2 meals a day, stocked mini bar with snacks and a few drinks. The bar overlooking the beach and pool is amazing. Happy hour only goes from 12-6pm 🙄 The room we had didn't have a very private pool as the cable car overlooks it constantly when going up or down. It could benefit from more screening.

From the moment we stepped into the property, we were flabbergasted by the warmth smile and professional service of the crew there, especially the 2 receptionist Ning and another lady. Every single personnel were professionally trained to provide us with the most comfortable and unforgettable stay ever. Surprised with a welcoming decor in our room for my Birthday celebration, the view from the panaromic room just takes your breath away. The view itself worth a million bucks, especially in the early rainy mornings. The breakfast was super nice in Sumpao Restaurant, plenty varieties to choose from, you will never get bored, we had dinners there too, it was delicious. There was a buggy service to ferry us to nearby Restaurants and Family mart, can even hitch a ride back from their sister company Bandara Resort too. Its the service details that Bandara Villas reigns over others indefinitely, other such service like daily complimentary tea and local deserts/cakes delicacies & fruits as every day was a unique surprise, the relaxing in room incense, the umbrellas during rainy days, in room coffee machines for a coffee addict, restock of daily mini bar with beers and various soft drinks even vitagen, by right It should be a 6-Star rated property. Our family had a really unforgettable getaway here at Bandara Villas Phuket, keep up the excellence and we will be there again soon. Definitely a place to start your venture again after the Pandemic. This place is absolutely perfect! It is a short walk to the beach with an immaculate pool, great drinks, and wonderful food.
My wife and I came here for the final leg of our honeymoon to relax before heading back to the US and we were not disappointed. Everyone was incredible kind, accommodating, and thoughtful.
A really nice touch is having someone assigned to you from the hotel who will check to make sure you’re happy, your room is in tip top shape, and even takes care of your coffee order at breakfast. The person assigned to us was Darlene who was an absolute gem. She made sure we had an incredible experience from beginning to end by checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Darlene, you’re the best
Lastly, the location of this accommodation has a number of wonderful restaurants and bars all within five minutes walking distance. The food is incredible and the people are very welcoming. This place is A+ for price, location, views, and experience. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we can.

Stunning Villa, World Class service and gorgeous sea view!
My family stayed in the Panoramic Two bedroom Pool Villa , while my parents in the Panoramic duplex pool villa at the Bandara Villa Phuket and it completely exceeded our expectations. Our villa was clean, comfortable, and had the amazing view of the Ocean from our room! The resort ambience and environment are impeccably manicured, and with the beautiful private beach which is just as a stone throw away, it makes you feel bliss in nature. I would also recommend booking the activities from their tour counter which is hassle free and can cater to your holiday plan. Micky attended to me and helped with my last minute booking. She is so efficient and helpful! The resort also provides Kayak and Paddle boat activities. The private beach is so clean with calm waves which is very nice to swim and kayaking.
I would like to thank all the staff for their great service. Everyone is so thoughtful. Unfortunately I cannot remember all their names, but I believe everyone play their role, working behind the scenes to create this experience. We were greeted by Darlene and Art when we checked in. Darlene conducted the Villa tour, explaining everything in details and share with us her WhatsApp number to text her anytime we need help with. She made us feel like a VIP as she checked in on us everyday, to ensure we having great time in the resort. She is so thoughtful to provide late check out since we have our baby & elderly traveling with us and our return flight was in the evening. It was one of the many things she did for us, with the warmest smile and sincerity! Also a big thank you to the Housekeeping, the staff in the restaurant, lobby, beach bar, a few other names I can remember ..Art, Gem.. they are all incredible!
Food wise- you won’t go hungry as they provide free minibar, snacks which they top up everyday! There’s even seasonal fruits and traditional dessert sent to your room to enjoy for your tea time. Along the resort, all the restaurants there are Halal. TOPS supermarket, massage place, money changer are all walking distance from the resort. The resort also offers buggy services.. so you don’t have to walk out. Isn’t it great?

I booked this property at the end of a two week solo trip to relax and pamper myself. I will preface with this- the property is gorgeous. However, the faucets for the giant spa tub in the bathroom did not work nor did the bath drain. Day 2 I spent exploring the area and after being out in the sun for 8 hours, I came back to my room and it was entirely flooded. There was a valve under the sink that broke and water gushed everywhere, to all areas of the room. I was told it would be an hour while they cleaned up and was escorted to the bar and offered a mocktail (aka juice). I added vodka to it because I needed it at that point and I was charged $3 for it; all I could do was laugh. I have never spent this much money on a hotel before and cannot believe I had those issues for over $600 a night. No one made this right and the guest experience employee ignored me after giving her an honest review in WhatsApp. All in all $1,800 down the drain (if only it worked).

The reception and house keeping staff was very polite and helpful, they made the experience feels great. The view is spectacular and worth every penny. The room was clean and smell good, we had to change rooms so we moved to another one that was less clean!
The restaurant was below expectations, the food could be improved, even the service in the restaurant was not that good, they were slow and not very helpful (specially males!) The resort is very nice so the restaurant should reflect that as well and should also act according to their 5 stars ranking!
Special thanks to Wan, Nanie, and Nang in the reception. They were very nice and welcoming. They made my kids very happy.

I picked the Bandaras Villas Phuket for my initial 7 night stay under the “Phuket Sandbox” scheme. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, responsive, and accommodating from the initial contact to book the room until the day that we checked out.
We had a slight issue with our initial room and had requested to change rooms and the hotel staff quickly made the change without any fuss. During my stay there, the system had issues scanning the QR code from the Morchana app, and the front office staff managed to figure out a manual workaround to resolve the issue.
The rooms and facilities exceeded my expectations. The villa was clean, the breakfast that was offered had a large variety and was delicious.
I was steps away from the beach and the stay included access to kayaking and paddle boarding activities.
I would like to thank the staff at Bandaras Villas Phuket for making my stay one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends for future visits to Phuket.

Hi. Never has the presence of snakes inside the room though they may be around the property yet very seldom to cross them. We have multitude of staff assigned to look after this. Thanks.
