Intro - must-stay luxury hotel perched on the mountaintop of the panwa peninsular. Not too far from Phuket town however you wouldn't believe this as the area is so calm and quiet. Panwa itself is a lovely area consisting of a few hotels, a seaside promenade, the Phuket aquarium and several shops and restaurants etc. Hotel - a quirky hotel complex and it's immediately clear a lot of love and attention has been applied into the design, both functional and look. We were immediately impressed. The territory is very large, with buildings and villas spanning across the hillside facing both north and south, however it's nestled in the jungle so feels like you're in an exclusive village. Pretty much all areas have great views. Upon check in the hotel staff provide you with a map, which explains the areas. Importantly, there are on demand tuk tuks which take you everywhere. The service is extremely efficient, we were never waiting more than a couple of minutes. Pools - water paradise. Pools and water features everywhere. It's amazing. As well as all suites and rooms having their own private pools the public ones are great. We visited the beach facing infinity pool and the rainforest pool, which is a statement pool in itself! Both had on demand water features such as fountains and jacuzzis. Service - staff service excellent as expected. Only slight issue we had is that we weren't shown our room properly (maybe a busy check in period). There are so many features at the hotel it needs a full introduction. Room - we stayed in a yaya pool suite. The yaya building is very modern and an interesting design. We had south ish views facing the sea and watched great sunsets from the room. The room comes with a private infinity pool which includes a jacuzzi feature. Amazing. The rooms are ultra high tech and include lots of lighting moods, technology, Japanese robo toilet and mini bar (complementary). Design is also fantastic and rather unique. Food and beverage - excellent selection of options with diverse cusine. We went to the Japanese (iki) a few times as well as the BBQ place (box) which was great for lunch; special note goes to the sushi bar and the Baba Box sandwiches and baos, which are great for lunch. One cool feature is that you can order from all of the restaurants from the main pool club or room. Breakfast also very good, not quite the best we've had in Thailand, but still lots of options. We liked the a la carte options which you could order. One final note, be sure to go to Baba nest (you need to book in advance as lots of instagrammer types book there for the sunset): this is a really cool experience with great 360 pano views of panwa. Miscellaneous - hotel also has a cool sports complex which we used. This includes two excellent tennis courts and a luxury gym. We ordered a private PT Thai boxing session (with Kru A) as well which was excellent. Hotel also felt very quiet all the time, which is a positive for us! A lot of the time we had places to ourselves and service was always excellent. Value - of course this is not cheap, it's a luxury hotel, however for sure it's excellent value. They clearly have put a lot of attention into the facilities and design and service is available everywhere. Certainly highly recommend coming here for a memorable stay and I'm very tempted to return again, just for those pools!…

Two russian family staying in Sir Panwa went to dinner. Kids not feeling well and throw out in the restaurang. Parents disd not pay any attentiton or inform the staff! Other customers leaving the place.

The good: The property has lovely views and the room was very comfortable. The bad: Sri Panwa is either understaffed, mismanaged, or both. At breakfast, tea/coffee took over 20 minutes to arrive. One meal was served in stages (eggs first, bacon 10 minutes later after the eggs got cold), and a pancake order arrived as waffles. One dinner, we got our first course nearly an hour after sitting. For the first three mornings, we arranged the evening before for a breakfast box to be delivered at 6:30 am to accommodate an early commitment. The first morning that we had no commitments, an unordered breakfast box arrived with a 6:30 am doorbell wake-up, completely scuttling a planned sleep-in. The inexcusable: At 12:20 am, a staff member entered our room with his pass card. He left immediately as I chased him out. I tried calling reception/management for 20 minutes with no answer. The accommodations are far from reception so going in person was impractical. We then spent a restless sleep with the door double-locked and reported it in the morning. The response was “we’re sorry, but these things happen” and “we had too many guests at that hour to answer the phone.” Furthermore, we were on an advertised golf package, which included entry to a course of their choice. What was not advertised: the course was an hour away and the package did not include transportation. It added a few hundred dollars to the stay. Bottom line: there are so many options for a luxury stay on Phuket. This one is no value.…

chose Sri Panwa for our 4 days 3 night honeymoon stay in Phuket. the place is huge and environment is great! it was serene and perfect for honeymoon retreat. as with most thais we met, their staffs are very friendly and courteous. it was also easy for us to get private hire (Grab/Bolt) to bring us out for sightseeing. we stayed in a pool villa ocean facing. as it get super windy at night, the water in the pool will be clouded with leaves and small flowers the next day. so we need to spend time to push/wave the debris out of the pool before swimming. the villas could probably be equipped with a small net for guests to use for easy convenience perhaps? a little hiccup in our villa where the pipe went burst and water leaked out from the bathroom into the main room. nonetheless, staffs managed to have it replaced and cleared within 30mins. a special shout out to their food menu item: Phuket Stewed Pork. it was really really good! soft and kinda melt in your mouth!…

We stayed here over chinese new year at the 2 bedroom luxury villa. Whilst the facilities did have a dated feel about it, everything was functional. Best thing about the villa was of course the unblocked sea view. To us, what made this place exceptional was how the staff exhibited Thai hospitality - we really felt welcome here! As an example, Sky, the restaurant manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome whenever we dined at the Baba Pool Club restaurant. Nice holiday memories are made of these!

This is my 2nd time at Sri Panwa. First trip was in 2017. We had loved it so much that we decided to come back for our birthday. We were even planning a family trip to bring our entire 20 person family for a trip here. First off - this time my husband got super sick when on Phi Phi and we wanted to cancel or move our reservation. Sri Panwa has a pretty inflexible policy when it comes to changes such as this. The policy is 100% non refundable. We really wanted to go back but they refused and would only allow a 2 month window to rebook the trip and we stood to lose a lot of money- something the hotel didn't care about or wanted to help us with (Anne at reservations politely told us that we either give up 100% of the stay amount which we had already paid or book within 2 months- something impossible for us as I am pregnant and cannot be back in such a short time). As a result we had to come for our stay forcefully and were unable to go back early. We wish the hotel had been kinder to us about it despite us providing documentation that my husband was super unwell. We spent the entire 3 days in our room with my husband just trying to feel better and it was a pretty horrible trip for us to be honest. Second- The food taste has really just gone down. And majorly down. Food is very important to me on a holiday. I cannot just live off the idea that the villa is amazing especially if you know how much this costs. In 2017 we loved the food so much and ate every single meal at the hotel including multiple room service meals. This time too we had to do only room service because my husband was unwell. The food was below average every single time. Whether it be the pizza, pasta, or thai food (curry pad thai) - everything would come cold, bland and not great taste. Even our on arrival visit to the Baba Soul cafe was disappointing. The drinks tasted whatever and the taco was okay. I didn't expect this considering its such a luxury hotel with so many restaurants. And the fact that I have been there before so I know what the food tasted like before. We had to rely on food from outside for my husband for some of the meals something we didnt have to do last time. The breakfast was amazing! and despite the rush they would manage it well. The staff service was great. And the rooms have been updated and are amazing. We love the pool villas. Too sad we didn't use the pool this time but the villa itself is amazing. However, I don't know if we will be back perhaps because of the food and the inflexibility. …

Cold, terrible breakfast. Disgraceful sushi restaurant with sashimi as think as steaks, inedible. Brown water from the bath taps. Floating pier falling apart. Ant infested kitchen. Threadbare and faded pool towels, very very tired looking facilities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. We gave honest feedback to management and decided to leave early, the place was not up to the standard for what they were charging. We were nice about it, why it was not up to standard. Management assured us that they would provide a refund, but we would have to go through Booking because that is how we booked. So we put the request through Booking for the refund of the last 2 nights assuming it would be processed. They they claimed through Booking that we never had the discussion and refused the refund, even after confirming again on the phone with them. (note booking.com was great through the process). Disgraceful and dishonest. Do not book, for the money there are far better places in Phuket to stay. Honestly there is a lot more we could say.…

We were staying in villa LV14 which was 2 bedrooms pool villa and we loved it. The pool and ocean view was just perfect. Bathroom with full amenities, there was steambath in the shower too. Fridge with complementary drinks and snacks except 2 bottles of wine and refilled during our stay. We also tried the Baba Nest unfortunately it was rain but we still enjoyed the amazing view. Some issues the resort should improve: - pest control: there were a lot of ants during out stay - the variety of breakfast
