It started out really well during our check-in, which was quick and carried out by very polite staff. Our luggage arrived at our room quick after checking in, which was great. We booked the Pool Villa with a seaview, which is one of their premium choices at a rate of no less than 10,000 baht/night during absolute LOW season. At first we were really happy with this room, and thought it would be 5 great nights. But as our stay at this hotel progressed, the experience just kept getting worse and worse. Here are some of the "highlights" of our stay: - The light switches are all over the place, and not at all placed intuitively. It was simply a matter of trial/error, but some switches seem to miss completely - like the dressing room area, the entrance area, etc. - On our last day, the jets in our pool suddenly stopped working, and we didn't manage to get them up and running. - Although our villa was indeed located in front of the beach, there was no privacy on our terrace. There is a path on the other side of the hedge, which is accessible by other guests and is patrolled by security day and night. - Loud generic music blast from speakers all over the pool area, because why would you want to listen to the beautiful nature sounds in this lovely area of Phuket? This hotel doesn't exactly attract a party crowd, so why would you even blast this music throughout the day? - They had a "welcome event" for VIP guests the last night of our stay, and we were supposed to be invited for this. However, they didn't manage to hand over the invitation until a few hours before the event, which meant we weren't available to make it there. - The staff at the breakfast restaurant were some of the least proactive people I have ever experienced. Every table were made with a set of utensils for each person, but although they showed us to tables with no utensils, we had to ask them for utensils because they didn't provide it automatically. - The breakfast buffet would run out of items, that was never refilled although there were plenty of guests still arriving for breakfast. - One rainy day we received a call from the concierge, that our laundry had arrived and they would bring it to our room. Apparently they forgot to bring it, so we chose to pick it up ourselves. - The reception desk won't arrange transportation for you, unless you choose their own service, which is at least 200% more expensive than the already expensive Phuket taxi services. They would charge us 6,200 baht for a oneway trip from their hotel to Krabi. We found it quite weird that they had a lot of foreign people working in key positions, when they clearly weren't fit to manage their responsibilities the way Thai people normally are. As mentioned above, they weren't very proactive, and their attitudes seemed awkward and a bit dismissive at times. You're in Thailand after all, so it shouldn't be THAT hard to recruit competent Thai nationals for those positions. Most of the staff was quite nice though, especially the people working at the pool bar, in the gym, the housekeeping staff, and some of the staff working at the restaurants and reception area too.

We stayed 4 nights in the Deluxe Sea View room last week and loved every moment of it. The hotel is located in Panwa area in the South East area of Phuket island. It's quite a secluded area, perfect if you want to enjoy a quiet/peaceful holiday. There are a handful of restaurants right across the hotel though so you are not limited to just hotel restaurants for food. They also offer free shuttle bus to Phuket Central Mall (prebook as they do get filled up quickly). My main reason for booking this hotel was that they offered complimentary kayaking and stand up paddling and the water in their private beach is very calm (even in Moonsoon season). We spent hours having fun paddling and swimming in the resort. Highly recommended for people who like water activities in non crowded beach.

I will rate 5*++ for this resort. I was staying at Deluxe Suite, big, clean and money worth. Staff are helpful and attentive, property is big and room is clean. Private beach is good for swimming. Kayaking and Paddle are free use for guests. Breakfast with wide variety of food. Highly recommend if you need to find a place to relax and just do nothing.

We had a 5 night 6 day package and boy must I say I wish we had more!! Right from the check-in to the stay - everything was more than right! The staff was so hospitable and welcoming. The room with that spectacular view was something to wake up to!! We had the most amazing food at all the restaurants- prepared with so much love! The brunch was a wonderful experience! Must recommend the curries and the mango sticky rice dessert at Tamarind! The property is very child friendly and our baby couldn’t be happier!! A must must recommend and definitely worth a second visit! Last but not the least - the best smelling towels I have used till now :)

I originally planned to stay for 7 nights with my wife and our 2 kids, in two rooms but we ran away after 3 nights. We arrived from another 5-star resort in a close by location at 1 pm. At check in were advised that our 2 rooms were not ready as it was a bit early. We said ”no problem, we will have lunch and come back at 2 pm”. On our way back at 2:15 pm we noticed that our bags were still on the kerb at the entrance, so I approached the staff at the front desk who were clearly not ready for the check-in and started calling other staff and running back and forth. Eventually, they escorted us to our rooms at around 2:30 pm. We left our kids in one room and we went in our room. As soon as we went in, I went to use the toilet and I noticed long black hairs in the bathroom and pubic hair. The same in the bathroom. Simply ferell! I've never asked for a room to be recleaned until now. God know when was the last time they cleaned the shower and WC. Funnily enough, in the meantime my wife opened the bar fridge to get a cold drink and discovered that everything inside was HOT and the fridge wasn’t working. The white rug in front of the bed was full of soil bebrit and black marks. We called Reception and asked for someone to come back and clean the room and fix the fridge. At this point we were talking to the “Welcome Manager” (Monika) that didn’t seamed too surprised or apologetic about all this. After a few minute as it was well after 3pm we left the room and went to the pool. On our way back we inspected the room that at this point was visually clean. On our way back from dinner I went to get a bottle of water from the fridge and I noticed that the fridge STILL wasn't working. I called Reception at around 10pm. They sent someone with a replacement fridge. WOW totally unimpressed. The Pullman was sold to us as a 5 star resort as part of my silver membership accord plus.....ummmm no chance! The next day, I really tried to move on with this terrible welcome and give them another chance, so we spoke to a lovely Spanish girl at the reception and when we explained our situation and complaint was very emphatic advising that she would seek assistance from the Welcome Manager. No reply provided to date. I'm so happy that we left to another resort which was amazing and immensely superior.......for half the price!! We have given 2 stars as encouragement to the staff but really would have given nil stars !
