The hotel is very conveniently located and although close to the railway station and a busy main road I did not experience too much interruption due to noise from outside. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome on arrival.

Ideally situated for Town Centre and Railway Station making it easy for trips into London and elsewhere. There is a Variety of shops/ Eating Establishments and Entertainment available. There is also a leisure centre in the town

All the double rooms are badly affected by train noise. If you want a quieter room you need a twin room. There wasn't even double glazing to try and keep the noise levels lower. The hotel is extremely run down and in need of refurbishment....More
