Nice hôtel but TERRIBLE service. I have been assigned to 3 rooms before finding one that was clean. The 3rd day my room have even not been done, no fresh towel, ne shampoo, no soap! Unacceptable for such an hotel. I will never come back to this hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The grounds are wonderful and pool facilities very good. The food was quite good but limited choice and service slow at times - Caribbean style! Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed.

This is a very relaxed but service-oriented property. You never feel rushed. Transportation is available. The hotel is located on a busy bus route and taxi service is readily available. The hotel is clean, and the food is excellent. The beach is wonderful right at your door.

“It feels like being trapped,” my very hungry husband said to me as we waited 85 minutes for the food we ordered at the only open restaurant of the resort. I have a lot of patience for the disruptions of COVID and supply chain issues, but this is beyond. The resort is deeply understaffed (apparently a new property opened up and the staff left for better pay). I never went to the bar or restaurant without an endless wait. We ended up taking taxis or walking off property to find any other food options. The food is mediocre to bad, as are the drinks. Rum punch was a big vat of a kool aid type mixture with a splash of booze. Think mediocre cafeteria food. The breakfast buffet, which is your only option now, is wildly overpriced. The staff is mostly kind but they are also deeply frustrated by the total chaos that is the Radisson. The beach is very lovely. We were looking to rent one of their Hobi Cats but they were broken. The rooms are clean but outdated. The grounds are beautiful but under utilized. I very much enjoyed the local goats mowing the yard. I was looking forward to the swim up bar, which, of course, was closed. They are committed to a safe COVID experience, which I appreciate. My tip: spend a hair more for a different resort until they get their stuff together.

We only stayed one night but we're regreting it the minute we entered the room. Room was dirty, towels were used, trash in the bin, used soap, dirty tub and the list goes on Calling front desk was futile so we had to go to front desk to ask for a change of room. The new room was cleaner but still dirty, you can see hair in the tub and sink, floor was not mopped properly, mini fridge wasn't working. I could go on a bit more, but with the headache that I had just took some pills and went to sleep... Will definitely think twice if I have to stay here again.

Thank you for writing a review. We are saddened to hear about the issue you had regarding the cleanliness of the the rooms that was handed to you and that the mini fridge might not be on its best state at that time. Certainly, this is not the type of experience we would like our guests to have. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be forwarded to the hotel management to ensure that situations like this won't happen again. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves and deliver a seamless experience on your next stay.
