We fell in love with Grenada! We spent a week at The Flamboyant Hotel, the location was perfect(lots of stairs but we didn't mind them) but our room was disappointing. We booked a "one bedroom suite" with a full kitchen which turned out to be adjoining outdated hotels rooms. The bedroom(a normal hotel room) and full bathroom on one side... More

This was a terrific hotel for our family of 8 ages 10-70. We reserved 3 rooms, and we were so thrilled to find out that all of their rooms face the beach. Our rooms had small kitchenettes that worked out well for eating in for breakfasts and a few lunches. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is walking distance... More

We loved it, but it's a bit rough around the edges and shabby in a few places. Staff are wonderful and they love to provide a good service. Not a luxury destination, but friendly and clean. The position overlooking the beach is better than hotels that cost far more,

We loved it here! Perfect for the price, which was quite reasonable for Caribbean islands on school spring break. Best parts: --not touristy or over-crowded at all --hotel is literally right on the beach --view from our room and balcony was amazing! We loved sitting there with coffee in the mornings and watching the sunset at night --very friendly, helpful... More

The Flamboyant reminded me of an old school report " has potential, could do better". Furniture, showers, locks, paintwork all need updating. The staff are pleasant and the cleaners did a reasonable job given it's present state. It would be unfair of me to recommend the hotel to anyone as I would be very disappointed if there weren't better hotels... More

Check in was fast. The room was ready by mid-afternoon. The great view comes with the cost of many many stairs. A porter was available to help with getting suitcases up the stairs. Our room was good size with a kitchenette. Beach access was easy with many steps down to reach beautiful Grande Anse. A/C was cold and water was... More

My family and I spent a VERY enjoyable 7 days at The Flamboyant. You can't fault the location, or the views, the biggest plus for me was the friendliness of the staff. I take this opportunity to give them and (Chef Lewis in particular) a special mention for rising to the challenge of catering to our specific (Jamaican) requests. 👏🏾👏🏾... More

We got the standard room. Basically you get what you pay for. There isn't a real kitchenette just a kettle, tea cups and things to make tea and a small fridge. There was no microwave or sink. So you'll have to use the bathroom sink to wash dishes. The view was pretty nice though. Friendly and helpful staff. Very accomodating... More

Room location to beach and closest town and restaurants was excellent. Entire hotel needs structural/internal upgrades, which I understand they are going to begin. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Expect island time which is most appropriate as the visit was to relax, not be hurly burly.

I've been here the second time now in 4yrs and to my surprise the place like it has been left TO RUN DOWN. We stayed in the SUPERIOR SUITE on the STRONG MAN BLOCK from the 3rd to the 10th of July when we departed. The room has great views but the cupboards are so old that they are shedding... More
