Hotel has 4 stars and according to all regulation it should have 4 stars you have swimming pool, you have bathrobes in the room and it looks ok. Then what is missing? Food is rather ordinary nothing special and you feel that it is not prepare for you but for somebody who was there few days ago. Wi-Fi can you imagine that in this time in the hotel there is no properly working wi-fi? Of course you can log to the network but usage of it is like back to the history and dial-in connections. Other service yes you can rent a bike but it is the old one from some German city where bikes was used as a public transport it is not what you expect from 4* hotel. Positive points: - location - staff (most of them)
The first impression of this hotel wasn’t perfect. After check in and we got the keys from the recep-tionist, he said that we had to take "that lift" to the first floor. We put all our heavy luggage at the hotels luggage cart. But the first floor had two levels, so we had to wear our heavy luggage from the luggage cart by hand, 12 steps down a stair to a lower level. The staff in the reception didn’t show any interest to help us. The room was very nice, however facing to a tourist road it was noisy in the evening. The Internet in the room was 11 Mbit down and 2 up, but unfortunately slower than that sometimes during the evenings. The pool was nice, though small. The most impressing with the hotel was the food. Wonderful breakfast buffet, rich and with variety of high-quality food. The dinner buffet was wonderful as well. We had breakfast very early but unfortunately the restaurant staff played terrible jazz music loudly. In the morning! To recommend a stay here? Yes, absolutely but take with you earplugs if they play that kind of music during your stay here.…
First time for a short holiday break in Poland. One week in Hotel Lambert was a great experience and brought us great relaxation. Stuff was more then friendly - something I'm not used to any more, in Germany. Clean, neat rooms and a terrific view - as long as you pay a little extra for a balcony an ocean view. both, breakfast and dinner where served a buffet. Quality on breakfast was excellent - in the evening you could alternatively choose one of the restaurants near by. so you don't need to join on fixed times (early ones) Over all, a hotel which we would return to, again.
I spent there 10 days during my last holidays trip at the seaside. I booked superior room with sea view - what is not very common at baltic seaside. Hotel is located view meters from the sea and beach. Beach is so - so, not so wide but is very very close from the hotel. If you need wider beaches you should go few minutes away from the hotel location. Anyhow view at the sea was AMAIZING. You can admire sunsets from your balcony. Rooms was nice , clean, with air conditioner. I had there HB - very good food, variety, tasty, fresh. Hotel has two parts one is older, cheaper and as I heard not so nice, but I was in new one. Spa is ok, but nothing WOW! Indoor Swimming pool also ok. There is nice big terrace on the top of the building which is also great. Ustronie morskie is nothing special, but hotel I would reccomend although prices are on european level!!!…
I am staying at the Holiday Park and Resort in Ustronie Morskie iwhich is self catering, so I decided to take my wife out to give her a rest from cooking. We passed the Lambert hotel and it looked pretty good. The resaurant was full which was a good sign,so we decided to sit in the outside bar which has a great view over the beach and sea. We ordered some drinks and noticed that there were people eating so we asked for the menu. Next to the bar there is a dancing area and a lady was playing and singing which created an ideal romantic atmosphere as we sipped our drinks and watched the beautiful red sunset. The waiters there are very attentive and virtually run to and from from the hotel to the outside bar. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. My wife and I danced throughout the whole evening. The place is popular with people of all ages. There were quite a few foreign couples so we all enjoyed a mix of Polish,German and English music. A fantastic romantic evening. I will go back for more and bring friends. A great experience.…
Hotel Lambert is head and shoulders above the competition in Ustronie Morski. The town plays host to many Poles and Germans who choose to not go elsewhere in Mediterranean Europe for their summers. The streets are lined with ice-cream, plastic souvenirs and cheap clothes shops giving a carnival atmosphere. The location gives a great view across a small road and across the hotels decking bar to the Baltic. From the second floor rooms and above the sea view is lovely. Our room was well laid and our comfortable with a good bed, pillows, thick towels and a great view. The air-conditioning worked well. The breakfast and dinner smorgasbord was excellent, with great flavoursome Polish classic dishes. We found no better food in the whole town. A small coffee lounge and bar was pleasant, but the staff struggled to make anything but terrible coffee. The beach bar on the decking looking over the sea made good (but inconsistent) Margaritas. Our first drink was great and the second, made by the same bar man was an abomination. He had the cheek to firstly try and fix it in the glass then lecture us on the drink rather than re-make it with good grace. His later attempts recovered, thank goodness. The spa in the hotel resembles the old style Polish Sanatoriums from the Communist era. You have a consultation with a physio and are prescribed physical treatments. The treatments include massage, inhalation therapies, T.E.N.S., magnetic therapy, laser, hot mud packs (in plastic) applied to various parts of the body. While many of these therapies are criticised by experts as lacking an evidence base for any therapeutic value beyond a placebo effect, they are a pleasant part of the holiday psycho-somatic ritual and can help one relax. A well run, modern hotel with great food.…
Nice welcome on the arrival, though there was no parking spot available, we were pointed to the parking 50m away from the hotel. Room was large, clean and well equiped, bed comfy and air condition working very well - as it was one of the hottest weekends lately, seemed to us very important ;-) Hotel is located in a 2 min wakling distance from the sea. The beach bar located near the hotel excellent, with a sea view. Swimming pool ok, robes were delivered to the room, what we appreciate. Breakfast was well prepared and tasty. Staff was eextremely helpfull for the whole stay. Deffinitely a place to go back to.
My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Lambert Medical Spa in Ustronie Morskie. It was an excellent value for the money, room was large, clean with a nice view. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, very helpful. The Breakfast (included) was very well prepared and presented. Many hot and cold choices available, large dining area accommodated all guest comfortably. The Hotel Dining evening meals (Buffet) was overpriced. We opted to order from the menu which was excellently prepared for half the cost of the buffet per person. (We were not big eaters) which made the buffet option too much. We used the Spa facilities, hot tub, swimming pool, sauna as well as the massage services. The spa staff was excellent and very professional. The Hotel has an excellent location to the beach. The outdoor bar was nice to sit and have a drink and a burger (excellent gourmet burger). Overall, we highly recommend The Hotel Lambert Medical Spa. We will be returning often as well.…
