We picked this hotel as it was only a short walk walk from the parks - perfect. We decided to upgrade our room and the honeymoon suite was sold as a better alternative to other similar suites as slightly larger but on a different floor...More

We are really happy that you found our staff friendly and helpful and enjoyed the Disney magic. It is our aim to please you in any way.
We have stayed in Disney before but in the Santa Fe.
Whilst we loved our stop in the Santa Fe we wanted something a bit closer to the parks so this felt the natural choice.
The rooms are clean, very comfortable for what you need...More

Hi, we have just returned from the Hotel New York, the evening meal vouchers are accepted in the hotel and it is a buffet style so plenty of choices especially for little ones, We booked to also eat one evening at Chez Remy in the Studios, we had Plus meals and they were included on THe Emile Menu which for adults was 40 Euros and Children 31 Euros I think that the premium was 60 and 50 respectively Not sure about premium breakfast vouchers in the hotel, but we had to go to the Parks, You can choose, savory or sweet, you get croissant or Choc Croissant, juice a hot drink and a roll butter and jam or for the savory you get an egg and bacon roll, the hot and cold drink and also the choice of Croissant. These cost 9 euros or 12 euros respectively. The hotel is fantastic and I would not change that. There is a swimming, a spa and a paddling pool. Also there is a meet and greet everyday near reception.

We have just arrived home this week and had half board plus and did not get breakfast in the hotel had to go to the parks. I have just complained to Disney about the vouchers as they contradict themselves and are not clear at all. One giving exclusions one giving inclusions. This is one thing that lets them down even their website gives a different version.
I hope you get it sorted but the main thing is to have fun and enjoy yourselves, if you do eat in the parks we were in the Studios one day and the restaurant directly opposite the information booth in Studio one took our vouchers for a buffet breakfast.
