4 stars, spa... Well: no, no. Spa is OK but still there are lots of them in RO. Coming back to hotel cocor: definitely I will not come back: room amenities are terrible, cleanings definitely not for 4 stars, personnel not focused on their guests, limited parking, no umbrella on the beach (just with extra charge)... I don't recommend...

#not a 4* hotel, maybe 3* but I am still not sure yet. #food average to pour, even I bought tickets with breakfast and dinner included, after first dinner at the hotel, I thought that it's better for us to eat outside the hotel. #spa, it was good, personal good prepared # hospitality :(( disappointed,!

We stayed at this hotel one week ago. The stay was part of our summer vacation. We arrived (me, my husband and my 3 years old boy) at the hotel very late, very tired, after around 14 hours on the road. We just wanted someone to welcome us and the room key to go to sleep quickly. We waited in...

Came to this hotel for a week-end with friends, 20 years after last visiting Neptun. The rooms were probably exactly like 20 years ago, smelling of damp, old furniture and tiny. The farden and pool and children's entertainment on site brought us back on the hotel grounds this week, when we returned with the kids, but this time staying across...

Period of travel: 22-24 july 2016 Room: 13A ( ground floor) My feedback is the following: 1. Room: not clean, unpleasantly dirty and smelly ( pls see atrached picture)....

Although it is meant to be a 4-star hotel, in reality it should be ranked as a 3-star one. Nonetheless, it remains probably one of the best options in Neptun-Olimp. It is clean, safe and comfortable. The rooms are not very spacious (we had a twin room and I guess if an extra bed or cot would've been needed, there...

Though visited for business, I enjoyed the pool, the spa and the beach. Rooms are mostly basic 4*, rather tiny than big but still offering the confort of a sea resort room used just for sleep :). Hotel has a very nice conference center and a premium spa. Staff was very keen to help and solve any request.

Pool has no circulation and dirty, no shower . Credit Card machine at the reception is not working:) if you ask you get the towels and the maintenance of the room. Food is poor. Only good thing is the friendly staff. Unfortunate for the only place considered as high level hotel in Neptun area. I don't want to imagine the...
