My family and I spent one day and one night at this lovely and quaint bed and breakfast. There are four "wine barrel suites" and one tiny home/ carriage house to choose from. We visited in October, so the weather was still too chilly to make use of the pool. Claudia was a great hostess. She received us warmly, booked... More

Really nice place in a relaxed environment near Santiago. Good start for your trip in Chili and a first introduction with the lovely wines of Chili ( you can visit nearby wineries by bike). Friendly staff and they serve excellent food, including a very good breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn't make use of the pool yet.

My partner and I spent two nights in the wine barrels and it was absolutely incredible. Not only the room but I couldn't fault the service. I will definitely be coming back and if you have the opportunity to stay in Pirque. La Calma De Rita is your place!

It was raining hard the day we arrived and there was a power outage. But the owner and his staff took great care of us: they put on a few candles, opened up a bottle of wine, had some conversations and a lovely dinner. After all a great day. The hotel room was comfortable, the hotel area had fantastic views... More

Fantastic place. The owner is super charming and goes above and beyond to see to it that you have everything you need! Great fun to sleep in a wine barrel. We used this as a base for wine tasting and hiking up in the Maipo valley.

Key to our experience was the warm welcome and hospitality given by the owners, Claudia and Christian. Situated near many vineyards, it's an excellent place for wine tours. From the hotel you can borrow bikes but these are badly in need of maintenance. The hotel has lots of interesting artifacts and we slept in a barrel. A first, and very... More

We spent some very relaxing days at this wonderful hotel. We travel a fair bit and the stay at this charming hotel made me write my first review ever... The wine barrel suits were adorable and I absolutely loved the interior with all its beautiful antiques and "stuff", which made us feel at home. This feeling was strengthened by Christian... More

We really loved our stay. The hotel is brilliant!!! It has beautiful suites and you really sleep within a wine barrel!!! Great experience! The clean (!) swimming pool is next to the great restaurant which is open for lunch with an extensive menu and also for dinner for a quick bite prepared by the lovely owner. Great garden surrounded! Perfect... More

The main house is full of interesting antiques, and the entire atmosphere is pleasant and a bit eclectic. All is relaxed and unhurried. My room was called a "suite" and was one of the barrel rooms. The room description said it had a "balcony", but it's actually a pleasant private patio in the back. Cute quails ran back there in... More
