Me and my girlfriend were in the hotel for 3 nights in September. We had a car and came from Rome, for each day we traveled to a different place in Tuscany. The hotel was very very good. The Rooms were very big, the service was good, and the breakfast was above average. The only minus for the hotel is...

This hotel was recommended to us by friends and its one not to be missed! We absolutely enjoyed this wonderful hotel located just outside of Florence. The rooms were lovely and spacious - fit for a king. The management was very helpful and even directed us to an ultra-big supermarket on the way to Florence that carries all European brands....

Villa Ambrosia is a perfect position if needing to stay out side of Florence, in fact, so easy to get into Florence by bus as well. Very comfortable, lovely friendly reception , and breakfast was correct. Recommend.

This might not be the most stylish of hotels, but as far as welcoming goes it's up there with the best! Very clean and with comfortable rooms and beds. Beautiful views too. Not the easiest place to find, but worth looking for. Breakfast, although not stunning, was good and plentiful. My only complaint was that the water pressure was VERY...

Comfy little hotel in the hills of Tavarnuzze 10 minutes south of Florence just off the A1. Clean, quiet, a break from the crowds of the city. Recently remodeled and updated. Great views, cool breeze, nice breakfast. Excellent restaurant next door.

We had a very nice stay in the room located in the main building. The room and the bathroom were small, but very cozy with a lovely garden view. Very quiet! Breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We accidentally lost our car keys and they helped with finding assistance from the rental agency...

Charming place , comfortable, helpful staff ( even though the night staff did not understand English, they were helpful) The view from our room was magnificent, beyond words. Breakfast is nothing special. Very good and spacious, clean rooms. An olive oil-tasting location is there closeby. An attached restaurant has a very good menu and staff.

Two families stayed for two nights here during our trip to Florence & its outskirts. Had a great view of the landscape from our rooms on the first floor. There was free breakfast which was a typical one though. The rooms were huge & the bathrooms too! The rooms didn't have a fridge but the climate was great! Hot water...

We loved our time at Villa Ambrosina. Although only for a weekend, and passing through on our way back from Florence, we found this little place charming and comfortable. We had a spectacular view overlooking the valley, at night and when we woke up in the morning. Its very quiet, perfect for a couple's get-away. Our only regret is not...
